    A poem for PND

    COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN

    Fear is bottled inside emptiness
And emptiness is tied in loneliness
So loneliness is tangled in depression
Then depression is squeezed into pain
Then pain is poured into anger
So anger gets a hold onto a grudge
Then a grudge gets slipped into-
    Low self esteem
Till low self-esteem breaks down to no
    Communication
Till no communication slowly eats away
    At 0nes soul.

I have never actually had pnd but have sat in room when my MIL was doing a workshop and listening to the women broke my heart and I sat there writing and that is what I come up with!

Wow that is amazing. I suffered from it with my second. Very dark hole and very lonely.
