"God answers all of our prayers, and sometimes the answer is 'no'."
This one just seems to sit so well with me.

Frankly, if the truth be known, I think God has singled me out for a special treatment. I think God meant for me to build a thirst for a child so strong and so deep that when that baby is finally placed in my arms, it will be the longest, coolest, most refreshing drink I've ever known.

    Beautiful rach xx

just a few more i really love

Nothing happens by pure chance or accident, and what appears to be merely fortunate or unfortunate circumstance is really the outworking of God's plans.

"And when it rains on your parade, look up rather than down. Without the rain, there would be no rainbow." ~ G. K. Chesterton

If you look at what you have in life, You'll always have more. If you look at what you don't have in life, You'll never have enough.

    Oh, goosebumps material that one.

My all time fave is "Don't take life to seriously, it isn't permanent...." reminds me to, well... not take things to seriously when I start getting all panic attackish over bills and whatever.

I have seen some pretty inspiring ones in people sigs too around here

mine is next to my name...

when life throws you a curve, tuck in, hold on and ride it.

basically to me it means you can get through anything if you are determined.

wheneevr thinsg go wrong i think just hold on it will all be ok soon

and i love, "life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what ya gonna get "

I saw this on my friends FB.
    - Whoever said happiness needs sunshine has never gone dancing in the rain just loved it.
    - Never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is falling in love with your smile

    I just read this in a new book i've started...about how anything can be accomplished if you take it a little at a time;

By the mile it's a pile, by the yard it's hard, by the inch it's a cinch!

    I love it!

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger

It's a cliche these days really but boy when times have been so tough I felt like I almsot was killed it has rung so true and those times really have made me stronger and been worth it for showing me what a strong person I am.

There is absolutely no evidence for the idea that life is serious

Love this one! Reminds me to chill out

Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

This has also helped me through hard times and reminded me that struggle is a choice I make, not something imposed on me.

What is the future? The future is a blank sheet of paper and we draw lines on it, but sometimes the lines we draw aren't the ones we necessarily wanted.

That's sort of how it goes, it's from Tomorrow, When The War Began, by John Marsden. I remember reading it and it stuck with me because even though the lines we draw aren't necessarily the ones we intended to, they sometimes come out better.

Remember happiness doesn't depend on who you are or what you have. It depends solely on what you think..... Buddha

A person needs just 3 things to be truly happy in this world....
    someone to Love
    something to do
    And Something to hope for

Buddha also but I've been saying it forever
