I love the names you have chosen for your children. Harrison (Harry for short) was one of the names we had picked out for Charlie, but a good friend of ours had a little boy and named him Harry about 3 months before Charlie was born, so we decided not to go with that one. I think the "old fashioned" names are making a comeback, which is lovely. Grace sounds like she's little monkey - and saying 'da da' already! How wonderful for you. I look forward to hearing more about her over the coming months.
Where is everyone else?! I would have expected at least mooshie and mitch to make their appearances by now... speed demons that they are.
We had a lovely day today. I had a gig for Labour Day in the Roma Street Parklands. Although the union stuff was a little too full on for me the audience was really receptive. DH and Charlie came along too, and Charlie was such a good boy. He had about an hour's sleep in the pram (he never usually sleeps that long in the pram), but the music was a little too loud for him so DH took him for a bit of a walk. Then we went to coffee with two for DH's friends, who he has known since school (one is the bass player in my band - that's how we met) and they both loved hanging out with Charlie. It was funny to see two grown men blowing raspberries and turning to mush over a bub. Hopefully they're two good babysitters in the making...
Anyway, so much to do, so little time. Hope you're all well, and that you have a lovely night. Looking forward to Super Nanny? I missed it last week, so I can't wait for tonight's episode.
