Hey Yvette Funnily enough, he has actually been eating less... these past 2 weeks have been a nightmare to try and get him to eat his solids... maybe his gums/mouth are hurting from teething? It could also be from the formula change, as DP bought toddler formula last week cause Woolworths ran out of his normal stuff... and I thought it wouldnt matter, as he is basically 12 months anyway... but now I'm wondering if its the reason for his different appetite... So we have gone back to 2 bottles of Progress formula per day (instead of toddler), and one bottle of cows milk. Yesterday was the first day that he ate his solids properly again, so maybe it did make a difference! :-k
Hiya Kat
As we speak I am making plans for a little party/afternoon tea/picnic for him on Saturday the 7th of May. His Bday is on Mon the 2nd, but he will just have to wait 5 extra days for his cake! I would have it on Sunday the 1st, but isn't that Mothers day? Can someone please confirm that for me??
For his pressies he is so far getting a Fisher Price chatter telephone, some books, over $100 worth of winter clothes from MIL (we already have them cause we needed them for our holiday) and not sure what else.
We did buy him one of those wooden push along trolleys full of wooden blocks for his bday too, but he got so bored the other week that we decided to just give it to him then, to save out own sanity really, LOL!
I am going to invite my family, plus Christy and Matilda, my cousin and her baby, and Becka (Beckibee on these forums) and her sister and her neice.
We will have to do something seperate with DP's family, but I dont know what...
Hey Katanya - we havent heard from you yet... so I guess that means you have gone up? I will call you at the ward in the next couple of days then to confirm when is a good time for us to come and visit. Huge , I hope everything is going ok, and Felix is feeling better from his cold/chest infection.
