Sorry to hear you are having a hard day, they suck huh? Though they do make those good days all the more sweeter!

The only advice I have for you is to take it as it comes. The day will be over soon! Can you go for a walk maybe? It's a pretty nice day here. Maybe have a bath with Beau? Relax together a bit....
