I've just been reading some stuff, and alot of the foods that are in the high/very high categories are foods she has always complained about not liking!! I feel stupid now for not listening to her (like I did with milk/cheese/dairy foods) The lactose intolerance was discovered when she was about 12 months old (when she started to wean from BF-ing) we ended up putting her onto lactose free formula, then onto rice milk. now she has soy milk.
Might try and find a dr (or perhaps a natropath) to see if we can fix this, or at least design a diet for her!
