I'm great thanks.. and thanks for asking I've been so busy trying to get back into doing my business (I had two jobs, lecturing and running a business and I've stopped lecturing for probably a year) - I employ my brother so need to keep an eye on stuff he's doing. Add on top of that two trips away and that's why I haven't been on the site so much lately... I wish I had more time to chat!!

I have no complaints about Eli.. it's been almost 3 weeks since he did a stomach-emptying spew yay, so I think he's grown out of it He is 12 weeks old today!!!!! My little man is growing up so fast! He's such the best baby, he will fall asleep in my arms when we're out at night *so cute*... I keep being thankful at how easy going he is and I almost feel a bit bad when I hear how your babies have been screaming and waking up at night and stuff.. like I've got it *too* easy, y'know?

I would love to meet you all in person.. we will probably be going to Melbourne at some point next year but that's a LONG way away from where most of you are!!! When are you coming to NZ squidipa?

I have two close friends having baby boys, one is due Dec 31 and one is 4 days overdue - I am hoping she goes into labour this weekend!!

xxx to all - I'm going to catch up on this thread properly soon!!!

Kel - sorry to hear you and DF are having probs babe Hope you get it all worked out soon.

Pixie - wow, a bus ride!! I was gonna say you're game, but then I remembered all the public transport I used when DS1 was a baby as I didn't have a car then ... we even went to Melbourne on the train!! LOL.
If I lived closer, I'd offer to babysit for you when you go back to work!!

Squidipa - I couldn't say for sure if it is gastro, but preschool warned us tha it was going around .... I don't think a fever is involved in regular gastro though ... And YAY for the adoption process starting!!
Josh LOVES my singing even when it is just a made up song about his thunder bum
Veygas loves my made up songs too!!! (especially when I add in that I'm crazy 0 he giggles uncontrollably!! LOL)
No AF here, and if my other 3 kids are anything to go by, I'd say I'm set for the next 4 to 9 months ...

MT - cloth is going good ... I have already come across a couple that I don't like, and a few that I REALLY like!! LOL!

I can't believe that it's not illegal in Melbourne to have that many people in a car!!
LOL@ "Velcro Jett" - sounds like a cool name!! hehehe

    Leasha - LOL@ your ... I wouldn't listen to him either!!

Sasha - GL for the weigh in!

Rachel - you could prolly meet up with MT (I'm pretty sure she's in Melbourne or thereabouts!)
I think you are lucky to have such an easy going baby!! Veygas has his moments, but most of the time, he's pretty easy going too!

Mel - for your crappy day hun! Can't believe you're almost going back to work ....

Ok, so I think I have caught up (and all I did was go shopping this morning LOL!!) Yes we definitely are a chatty bunch! And as this has taken me about 45 minutes to read through and reply I have totally forgotten what I was gonna say!! LOL!!! Oh well. I'm sure it will come back to me ......... eventually!!

Anyway, I think I should eat before I need to pick up the kids! LOL!

Eli loves me singing to him too - he either squeals, laughs, smiles or focuses intently and tries to sing along. LOVE IT! I am SO not a good singer but for the first time I just don't care, he appreciates my singing He loves "Old MacDonald" the most

    Squidipa - for exH's job!!!
yeah as ya may have noticed i actually get on with the EXH MOST of the time its great cause he NEEDED it He has never actully got a Job in that trained profession so i am happy very much so for him. It Hasn't been he hasn't been able to get a job, he has been offered many positions and never applied for a job that was the issue he had no interest in work just wanted to stay at home with kids. So i am delighted he applied and got it He is doing web design. I think the reason why i am so exited for him is i KNEW he could do it. I also supported him all through uni and the better bigger bit is the kids will benefit from his extra income YAY!!!!!

    Hi everyone!!

Been a busy week here- DH had a friend come and stay and my little man has begun sleeping all night!! Which is great for night time.... but now he has decided to stay awake ALOT during the day!! So i have been doing some major entertaining here!!!

Leasha.. lol at your song!! I have discovered i need to re learn all the nursery rhymes.. poor shane gets half a rendition then alot of humming and daa daa dee dee daa daa's where mummy has forgotten words!!! lol

Mel... Hugs i hope you feel better soon

Squidipa... yay on some good feeding there!! Shane loves to have a rub on his forehead too- i find its a good trick to run my finger down his nose as he drifts off- it helps him close his eyes!!

I still havent got AF back yet either- but i have been warned that noe DS is sleeping all night (and has done for a week straight now!!!) that it may return soon... and i have been getting cranky like i do before she arrives... so i am guessing she is on her way

Sorry this is short and sweet... time to take some cute pics of shane in his cool Halloween suit!!

    WAves to all!!!

Veygas slept through the night for almost 2 weeks (and is now waking once or twice again ) and I still have no sign of AF ... I did start getting a little bit crampy - well not really like AF crampy - and realised I had been a little crampy a few weeks earlier .... I know it's a long shot, but maybe I have started O-ing again ... Hard to tell while still BF-ing but all signs seem to be pointing that way ....

Squidipa - that is sooo good about EXH!!

Can't believe we are up to 70 posts on this thread already!!

    Anyway must get lunch ready!

    Toodles! xxxx
