Squidipa- Thats great Josh is putting on weight! The song that makes me cry is one that DF's brothers band wrote it was about DF having to leave in the army when Cadence was only 2 weeks old and the line thats gets me everytime is "she's only two weeks old today, she has her mothers eyes her daddies smile, she laughs he (DF) wispers his goodbyes and only she see's her daddy cry" i'm tearing up just thinking about it. that song just reminds me how hard it was to have him leave us for months at a time

Allegra had a shocker last night woke up and wanted to party several times but mean mummy said no.
we haven't been worrying a contraceptives except for the mini pill and BF but we haven't been up to anyhting lately so no need to worry oh and still no AF

I have been having phoneline troubles AGAIN thats why I haven't been on for a while they fixed it by running a new line in the gutter even after I told them I guarantee it will be pulled out by some Jack@ss

Well, we haven't exactly been careful either, which surprises me since DP is quite adamant about not wanting more kids, but he also knows how much I do want more ... I am also back to having alot of trouble sleeping, and it's not all Veygas's fault ... but I'm only getting about 4 - 5 hours sleep a night ...

I'm pretty sure there was more I wanted to say, but I got distracted LOL!

Oh yeah, songs that make you cry ... many years ago, I had a friend where we had a mutually suitable arrangement (if you get my drift ) but after a while, things went awry and I ended up writing a song about it - and it's that song that makes me cry! (I'm sure one day I'll find someone to actually put it on paper in proper notation for me LOL!)

Just a super quick note.....

So I had a feeling, and I had be very vigilant with Nakitas feeding over the weekend, watching and encouraging every suck!

+150grams in 3 days!!!!!!

We ended up seeing the CYHN at the same time, just wanted to see what she thought, also got her length done.

So she is:
4650grams on the 10th percentile (corrected age)
57cm on the 50th percentile (corrected age) think she might be a tall one!!

We still have the official weigh in on Friday and will wait and see what they say then, but hoping for a 2 week weigh in

Hi everyone.... quick one from me. It is kind of a long weekend here in Melbourne due to Melbourne Cup tomorrow. So hubby and I have had quite a bit on!

Feeling very deflated here, had a weigh in today for Jett's 3 months. We have a gain of the grand total of 60gms for the last 4 weeks.

Not sure what the reasoning is for this, especially considering I had an over supply in the beginning and the poor lad was over feeding. It could be because we were both sick for quite some time in there or perhaps my supply is just doing it's own thing. So I have to try and express after every feed now and top him up. I'm also going back to feeding both sides each feed. Aaaggghhhhhh! Why can't this BF be easy????? It just doesn't make sense!

I just feel upset that this could have all been going on for 4 weeks and poor Jett has been suffering. But he has been happy enough, and I did try feeding him both sides last week and he threw up the extra in semi-powerchuck style. So I wasn't to know......but I can't help feeling guilty.

Ok, I'm going to slink off to bed now I've had my whinge. Hopefully I will be cheery again next time I'm on.

YAY for all the gains! WOOOHOOO! I'll weigh Jazz today some time and see how big she's gotten!

Kel, yep I'm going to the morning tea... I kept meaning to let you know but then kept fprgetting Can't wait to see Colleen, and Ann - she was so great. Ann oraganised the chaplan (sp?) to come see me because of everything that had happened, I thought that was really thoughtful We gave her some choccies which I think she enjoyed LOL!

Jazz has had a shocker. She just randomly screams every now and then... I kept thinking something had bitten her but I've checked her over, no marks or anything, she keeps doing it, I'm not sure.

Feeling very lonely today, I think I'm just emotional, but I had a big cry this morning when Shel left for work. She starts at 6.30am, but leaves at 5:50. Work is MAYBE 10 minutes down the road... I just don't understand why she leaves so early. This morning really upset me as she left without giving Jazz a cuddle, Jazz woke at at 5.45, i thought she would have stayed maybe 5 minutes longer to give her a cuddle or something but no she HAD to leave right at that very second. I dunno. I'm just being emotional I know. She's always done that, it just I think its just a compilationof things that have happened this weekend that are making things very unsteady between us. Anyway, not to worry, it'll work out. Just as long as Shel is home long enough to see that something needs working out...

LOL But yeah, if you are lonely and want company - I am here. And maybe Shel just likes to get to work early. I know I like to get to work early, settle in, put my bag and lunch away, chat to friends, grab a cuppa.. that kind of stuff.. has she always left early or only recently??

Squidipa - yukko for the train to ipswich in this weather.. its sooo muggy.. its 25 degrees already... and soooo yukky... 69% humidity already - and its not even 8.30am!!! yukko!!!!

OOoh DS will be happy - Yo gabba gabba is going to be on soon. I'm very happy - he has eaten one slice of toast already and had some cheerios (cereal) for breakfast.. so he's eaten and hasn't touched his milk.. woohoo!!!!!!!!

better ring the chiro (we have an appointment today for Miss M) to see if I can make it later. its supposed to be at 10. Well, she's asleep at the moment in the swing, I'm not dressed and don't really feel like getting ready and taking the kids out by myself.. lol.. i'm so lazy...

DH left for work early this morning - stupid architects deadlines.. grr.. his boss craps me off sooo much.. such a rude *****....

Well, as for me, I didn't get breakfast until 9.45am this morning because my ratbag kids (well the 2 eldest) decided to muck around and take 45 minutes to eat their own breakfast, then they had to get ready for school (which DD needs help with cause her uniform is soooooo difficult) then I had to change 2 nappies and get my 2 little men dressed, plus hang out a load of washing and then it was time to leave for school! I HATE leaving the house before breakfast and a cuppa, but I hate throwing it down due to time constraints as well, so I decided to wait til I got home!

Plus my eldest 2 decided 4am was the perfect time to get up this morning!!! (and due to the fact I have used my emoticon limit already, I can't throw in a "rolleyes" or a "wtf" or even a wide eyed one!! LOL!!) So despite the fact that I actually got to sleep before 9pm last night (hooray!!!), I am still tired today .... oh well ....

Yeah what the???? thats oh my i am so sorry i certainly understand the what the effect, I hope your supply goes up soon, Not sure if josh will gain that much on top of the half week weigh in as two days after that eh had only gained 5 grams. It feels like i just cant keep up i am exhausted all the time with all the feeds 6 feeds between 5 and 7pm then expressing every feed and giving him that and a feed at 10.30 at night its full on so i do understand BIG HUGS!!!!

O.k LONGGGGGG day training it to Ipswich today for an appointment for mys elf regarding my knee's not that i think anything will come out of it otehr than me saturated in sweat int his HUMID horrid weather.

Tomorrow official weigh in here and ill get midwife to measure him as we did and we didnt get any diff a mesurement so wondering hrmmm whats going on maybe wee dopped it. Gotta scoot daycare school run and all .
