Hey folks..... was reading yesterday but not posting cause I was just having such a horrible day won't go into it, but things are starting to get better....
Mel good luck on the new job.... paid maternity leave was the clincher I bet.... got everything crossed for you babe - including my eyes, but not my legs!
MM know what you mean about the phone my mobile is disconnected again.... should be back on later today though
Leash woohoo on Jazz getting around! what a clever girl... it is scary though! I'm so going to have to clean the floor more often when Beth figures it out
Kel the king room sounds awesome! lucky you!
Vic bummer about the feed times... hopefully she will let you drop it back soon... that extra half hour makes such a difference!
Well, I am off to the art gallery with my SIL today she managed to get in touch with me even though the phone isn't working! Beth has a bit of a cold I think she was a very miserable munchkin last night but she wore herself out completely so she had a good sleep from about 9 to 7am.... and she is having another little nap now.... but better get her up so we can get moving! hope everyone has a great day and to everyone I missed!

Pixie - hun for yesterday. Hope today is a better day for you!

Anyways just a quick one from me, K has just had a bottle and is asleep so have to get a few things done.

Aww I know I cried yesterday when I saw Jazzy's newborn suits in the cupboard (can't bring myself to put them away!). I get teary thinking about her growing up and changing from my tiny little newborn into a baby with such a distinct personality and being her own little person! But then, I get so excited when I watch her learn new things, seeing her explore, its just wonderful. So special I just love being a parent!

I know what you guys mean... I got a little upset yesterday when Tadpoles gave us a note saying that DS is moving up to the junior room - out of the toddlers... wahhhh

    Where's my baby boy gone...

Miss M can stay a baby as much as she wants to.... although it is nice to hear them giggling together - its started already!!!! DS went into her room the other day and was playing with her through the cot - they were both cracking up and it really warmed my heart to hear it. *sigh*

LOL Mel, I remember that - now all I want them to do at 6am is STFU!!! But yeah, it's usually if I've had a bad night, like last night when Master K came crawling into bed with me - I didn't get very good sleep after that! But for the most part it's lovely hearing them laugh and play together ... just night fight!

Leash - for all of Jazzy's accomplishments!! and LOL@ the Sims reference! (I used to play that game ALL THE TIME! LOL!)

Pixie - big for yesterday. Hope today is alot better for you!

Sash - I'm sure there'll be many more teary moments too, as he does more and more I can't believe how quickly they are all growing up!

The other night, I mentioned to DP that V had a hole in the toe of one of his pj suits, and DP replied that it didn't matter cause it didn't need to be handed down anymore ... I just said, Oh really? and he said well we didn't buy a 5 bedroom house for the kids to have to share a room, but I reminded him how he was willing to have Masters K and V share a room so the COMPUTERS could have their own room ... I think I got him thinking cause he went quiet after that! LOL!

The IL's were excited when DP told them, they said it was good that they'd have THEIR own room to stay in when they visited NOT FREAKIN LIKELY!!! But lets not go there!

Anyways, better get this little munchkin fed - we've got an orientation for the kids at their new school (for next year) and a few things to do before that.

Big hello to all I missed and hope everyone has a good day! mwah!xxx

    Hi Everyone,

I've been reading but it all just got so chatty in here that I felt a bit overwhelmed and couldn't do personals - too hard basket. Now it has gotten even worse and I don't remember what I read!

Happy Birthday MM for the other day!
Squidipa - oh big yay for the adoption process! I hope the next step all goes well.
Yay for all the accomplishments the babies are having atm!

Teary moments - I cried when Jett giggled for the first time. It still makes me almost cry - such a precious sound!

Jett has been rolling front to back for some time now, although only regularly for the last 3 weeks. He has been practicing his back to front one though, mostly landing on his side and going back again, but the other day he got 3/4 way over, just had his arm stuck beneath him! He doesn't arch his back to do it though, he just lifts his legs high in the air and swings them over.

Jett had his first hair cut today! His mohawk was just getting a little too long to be manageable!

Ok, my mind is drawing a blank right now, been Christmas shopping all day and have no idea what is going on!

So big hi and to mums, bubs and Bear!

    woohoo Joshie!!

Squidipa - yay for the adoption getting well and truly under way!! And big for the weight gain ... another couple of weeks and I'll bet Joshie doubles his birth weight!!

MT - WOW! a hair cut!! None of my kids were anywhere near ready for a haircut til they were 2 years old!! for Jett getting good at rolling!! Veygas still prefers to just lie there and kick ... but they all develop at their own pace, so I'm not worried!

Oh well, better get back to it - this house ain't gonna pack and clean itself!!

    Big to all!!

    Hi everyone

Congrats Jett on the Haircut!! Nakitas hair is growing well now, but won't need a haricut for a while!!

Yay Jazz for spinning in circles and the fab sleeping/feeding pattern! I tear up looking at Nakita's first clothes, and she was wearing Pumpkin Patch teddy bear clothing, the 00000 suits were huge on her, I have a bit of trouble looking at her early photos too now

Hugs' Pixie for the crap day, hope the rest of your week is fabbo!!

Squidipa a few things for you
-Thankyou soo much the parcel arrived safe and sound and is going to get me through a few more days! 6 a day I tried to wean to 4 a day again (3rd try) and milk just faded away
    - Massive congrats on the weight gain He has over taken N again!
    - Congrats on the adoption, I hope things continue to go smoothly and quickly!

MM good luck Packing, I should be doing some myself, perhaps when the office shut's down and I am at home more often....

Awwww Mel aren't they just beautiful

Aawww Sasha - how gorgeous!! Better get some piccies!!

Hi to everyone else, I hope you are doing well!!

We had Nakita's 6 month checkup with her Paed, and all went really well. He was really happy with her development, very happy with her weight, length etc. Told me to ignore the nurse who said she needed to be fatter PMSL! He said her legs were fat enough!! ROFL!! Also said that she si ready for solids, but it is our call, and discussed that it was more of a social decision now rather than a medical one, but based on her age between 4-6months, and he said that with her prematurity she is almost 4 1/2 months and that would be ideal. So I think we will embark at Christmas time, when I don't have to go into the office for a few weeks and we can take is slowly. Her stats were:

    5850grams (+3500 grams since birth!!)
    64cm (+18.5cm since birth!!)
    43cm (+9cm since birth!!)

He thought she was beautiful and was just really happy with her development and growth and of course her smiles!!!

Sooo THANK YOU ALL for being there for us in the past 6 months it has been a massive journey and I can't wait to keep seeing our babies develop and grow together.

Must run, got an hour before I have to go out again!!

Hello all, thought Id pop in and quickly say hi!

Couldnt get on earlier today and just havent had the chance to get back till now.

K had his 4 month vaccinations today - he was such a good boy, didnt cry at all
He slept for about an hour and half straight after the shots then had half an hour power naps here and there this arvie but no grizzling whatsoever YAY!

Sold K's fisher price swing on Ebay yesterday so had the chick come around this afternoon to pick it up. Gonna buy a UV cover for the stroller tomorrow and i'll possibly spend the rest of the money on toys for him.

Anyways I'm knackered so am gonna hit bed early.... nitey nite!

Lots seems to have been going on this week, horray for all the rolling, laughing, growing and crawling thats happened!! couldnt even try to do personals. but a big to all.

G rolls from back to front but no sign of her going from front to back any time soon, no sign of her sitting up yet either, we bought her a Bumbo, and she cant even sit up in that properly yet.

After what that Doc said to us about her weight i weighed her again today and she has only put on 70grams this week. Maybe that stupid doc was right. We are seeing our normal doc tomorrow and have an official weigh in.

I know what you mean about having a teary moment....when we get G up from a sleep she puts her arms around your neck and burries her face in your neck, so cute, i love the cuddles!! And she babbles away ''Da da da da da'' which DH loves (even though she doesnt know what she is saying) when she is in her cot in the morning and starts with da da da i tell him 'she is calling you, you better get up'!

hope all are happy and well.
