Apparently it's very common.... my hair did that at 4 months pregnant, it was gross how much would come out!!

How did you sleep last night? Eli was really good last night and didn't take too long to get to sleep. Fed him at 1am, 4am, 7:45am and then a little one at 9:15am... now he's sleeping soundly. Feel like I got a good night's sleep

kel! You're in here quick How did your labour go?

LOL, Kel!! PMSL!!!! Glad you finally made it chicky!!

You say that now .... I have said that 4 times and .... well, the proof is in th pudding, as they say!

Had quite a good night with Veygas last night - I actually put him back into the cot after each feed and he slept well. He went down at about 5.15pm after his bath and a huge feed, woke at 8.45pm, 12.30am, 4am and then at 6.20am (and he is currently still asleep!!) But my boobs are starting to hurt, so I'm guessing he'll be awake soon. But it has been good, I'm managing to get some things done while he sleeps!

Khaemon is being a sooky little so-and-so this morning - we have a doc appt this afternoon cause this has been going on for 5 days now. On Saturday, they said it was a gastro bug but for him to still be sick and not eating or drinking very much, I think it's something else. And it looks as though Kaliah is getting whatever it is as well, so today is going to be NO FUN AT ALL!!

Personally I blame daycare cause they were away for 3 weeks and the week that they go back, they get sick. This isn't the first time either - EVERY time they are away from daycare they are fine, as soon as they go back they are sick which means more time off and I am SICK of paying for them NOT to be there!!

Anyway that's my rant for the day!

Katti - yeah I think we've always been talkers!! You miss a day or two and there is sooooooo much goss to catch up on!! lol!!!

Hope all mums have a good day and bubs, you all better behave for your mummys!!

mountain mummy... sometimes you have the parents that still send there kids to daycare sick while ppl like you and i dont. so they get sick from daycare and we pay for them not even using the service un fair hey!!!! How did the drs go when you do go and take them ???

Kiwi girl i had a very stressful year in late 2005 and i lost massive patches of hair it was very upsetting. So the thought of loosing more now is upsetting also.. As its like its still recovering from 2005's hair loss. I slept good too went to bed at 11 done a feed then at 4.30am and again at 7.15 at about 2 i stuck the dummie in there wasnt much wake ups only about twice in the night bar from feeds also a couple of short ones since 7 hehe.

I am going to get my eye lash's tinted today if i can get ready and get out of the house. Has anyone claimed there target free sample bag yet? what was in it??? I have a runny nose i hope thats all it is and doesnt turn to some thing else. Me and hubbie are busy as it is and we now have a house inspection on Monday so i can tell ya now it wont be the way i like it all done but heck we just had a baby. That reminds me the creepy crawly crapped its self and we are waiting to see if owner will repair it or else we may have to im not going to be impressed if thats the case grrr might call them now.

    morning all,

MM- hee hee I was so excited to be able to come in here. My mid wife told me the exact same thing you did about having more babies but I swear my child bearing is over . about the child care Sometimes they are just a house of illness Cadence was forever picking things up especialy this time of year.

Kiwigirl- Glad to hear you had a good night it really makes a difference.

Squidipa- We have to catch up chicky If I was in hospital longer I would have had more visiting time but I don't like being looked after and fed like a zoo animal haha. I had a bit of hair loss with Cadence.

How are all our other mums and bubs going?

I will post my birth story soon all in all it was pretty good I had to laugh though I was saying while I was pregnant that DF would love to be pulled over by the cops while speeding to the hospital, well I was in mums car and DF drove behind (not speeding) and we passed a police car doing a drive around Caboolture he completely missed his chance
    Hope you are all well

    Morning ladies!!!!!

Kel - god you are quick girl - in and out - no holding you back!!! Congrats again xx
(and I think you could just go once more.. hehe)

Squidipa - you know me too and I'm a queenslander!!!!! I could make a meet up with you guys too (if I'm welcome of course) I just need to organise to get the car. Driving won't be a problem cos our insurance agency covers me before the usual 6 week limit. Oh and I haven't noticed a difference with my hair this time round, but did last time.

Katti - have you tried Colic Relief instead ? We were on Infants friend and switched cos it didn't work very good after a few days... so we switched and have been happy chappies ever since

MM- we are always sick in this house - tis the daycare curse... not looking forward to 10 weeks time when I'll have two kids in care bringing home the sickness!!

Vic - out of curiousity.. how long does it take you to type your posts?!! LOL... they are HUGE my friend...

Ahhh I'm having belly pain (and no its not from the chocolate I just ate).... nurse today said it would be my stitches pulling as they dissolve or something like that.. yay...had little miss weighed and measured - put on 200gm in a week (woohoo!) so she is above her birth weight (another woohoo!) and gained 1.5cm in length. nothing on her head though, but thats ok I told her she doesn't need a big boof head.. lol

I want her to go to sleep at the moment and she is NOT co-operating...

I probably should go do something productive since DS is at the IL's today...

'Ave a good day ya hear...

That's what we have atm ... and tbh, they have been home more days this whole year than they have been at daycare!! Waste of bl00dy money imo!!

At least my eldest only ever brings headlice home!! Even that *****s me, but at least that's manageable!! Six times this year so far!!

MM - yes.. if we were all bald it would be easier to manage that headlice problem.. LOL DS has a cough at the moment, but I don't think its catching so he'll be fine to go to care this week (thank god, might get stuff done around the house - she says as she's sitting on the couch doing NOTHING today.. )
