    Hi all

Checkin' in quickly. Tried Kye with whole pieces of banana yesterday, bloody hillarious, he squished it up and there was banana everywhere!! All over his face, made an absolute mess of the highchair omg was such a mission to clean up

Oh and yesterday I had him on his tummy and he used his elbows and moved forward twice It's probably a one-off thing cause he hasnt done it since but maybe thats the start of him commando crawling either way I was so proud!

I think his teeth aint far away from coming through, last night and even tonight has been a bit of a mission! He went down at 7:30pm but I have had to resettle him 3 times, wakes up screaming poor thing, cant imagine what the pressure must feel like on their gums in the end gave him a bit of panadol so hopefully that will help him sleep.

MT - awesome to hear rain is forecast down there, its about time!! Have fun camping!

SB - I still have Kye on pureed food too, but am now starting to do some BLS aswell

Pix - hows Beth going? Hope she is getting better!

    to everyone else!

    Happy Saturday to all

Got a hep of my jobs out of the way yesterday, 3 loads of washing, cleaned the bathroom, rubbish, etc so that was nice, only got 2 loads of washing and some irong to do, which i won't do until after swimming today

N started comando crawling/shuffling backwards today she went about 1.5m backwards and got stuck under her swing!! soo cute, we took photos so I will have to put them up on the blog at some stage.. soo slack with that these days.. just too busy!!

WE ARE MOVING!!!! The hosue will be finished for Easter - I am holding my builder to it so we can move over the easter weekend will just mean I have to sort this house etc to get it rented.

Pixie and Beth: Hope you are all feeling better

MT and Jett: Have a ball camping and enjoy the rain... still just 1mm for the year for us and nothing coming anytime soon, maybe it will rain in March...

Mel and Mehkelti: Hope you find something fun to say soon!!

Sasha and Kye: for the comando crawling, that is fab!!

SB and Shane: We are doing CPR on the 12th March at the WCH, soo looking forward to it, DH is coming as well!!

MM and Veygas: yay on the toast, should try N on some, and woohoo for the nappy making, I am sure you will open your own store one day!!

Beck and Grace: your photos are just gorgeous!!

to eveyone else, Kiwigirl and Eli, Squidipa and Joshiah, Leasha and Jazz, and sorry if I have missed you!! Must run bacon and eggs for breaky this morning!!

Oh still on my modified diet, down to 65kg from 70kg in the last 4 weeks, didn't lose anything this week, but upped my weight training at the gym and feeling "thinner", so we will see, hopefully it was more muscle and losing a bit more of that fat!! BMI down to 23.9

    Morning all!

Vic - yay on the weight loss and fitness regime! The most I am getting done these days is just walking in the afternoon to pick the kids up from school ... I wanted to start a couple of weeks ago, but it was waaaaaay too hot and then we got the never ending rain, so once that stopped, I started walking. Plus I get to push some weight - the pram itself is about 5kg plus Veygas 7.5kg plus Khaemon in the toddler seat 13.5kg, so pushing about 26kg all up, while walking mostly up hill for 20 minutes (then downhill for 20 minutes coming home! ) Hard really to do much more with 4 kids!

Sasha - for the commando crawling!

    Mel -

oooh I realised today too that the reaction could have been pear OR mango (the other fruit in the mix) or it could have just been heat ... I'm gonna try him on it again and see what happens - if he has another reaction, I'll stop that particular mix.

I also forgot if I mentioned Veygas tries "sit-ups" when he's lying on his back and "push-ups" from his tummy - it's so funny to see his up on his toes and hands balancing there (I really should try to get a photo of it!)

Anyway to all, hope everyone has a good day!

    mwah! xxx

That is awesome MM, it would be really tricky with 4 kidlettes to do exercise quite a juggling act !!

We just re-did our measurements (DH and I are doing the dieting thing together):
    Week 1 Week 4
    Waist 78.5cm - 69cm (-9.5cm )
    Bust 91cm - 86.5cm (-5.5cm )
    Hips 106cm - 100cm (-6cm )
    Thigh 62.5cm - 62cm (-0.5cm)
    Bicep 29cm - 28.5cm (-0.5cm)
    Weight 70kg - 65kg (-5kg )

I don't know if I will get down to 60kg, but if I keep my measurements dropping that it is all good!

Wish I have done it earlier....

Ah mel ... you know that song "you're hot then you're cold, you're yes then you're no, you're in then you're out, you're up then you're down ..." (I'm sure you get the drift anyway! ) well that DP atm on TTC ... every now and again when one of the kids does something, he pipes up with "and you want to add to the brood?" OF COURSE I DO!!! So we are not actively TTC right now, but if it happens (in the absence of AF, I'm still pretty sure I'm O-ing - all the signs are there ) I won't be complaining!!

Woohoo, we could be belly buddies again!

    Hiya Ladies!
On the topic of TTC ~ I wouldn't pass up the idea! I never thought I would say this but I am quite seriously thinking about having anothe one!
DH says he couldn't handle it - too stressful when I was pregnant and the early days...as much as he loves Seven.....he doesn't think he would cope at all with another one.
Some days I think I would like to wait until she is at school and discuss it then, but other days I miss being pregnant so much I want to be now! But I will wait ....gotta dtd to get pregnant anyway! LOL
Still no AF for me, not that I am complaining!

    Happy 7 Months Veygas!!!!

Vic ~ Congrats on the weight/measurements! Well done!!!!!

Bec ~ 6 hrs sleep? In a row? What's that? I get about 2-3 max during the night before Seven wants another feed. Good on you!!!

Seven is experimenting with solids atm too. We tried BLS but at the rate she was going she would NEVER get any sustenance into her! LOL
She likes pureed fruit and vegies though, so she has some of those every now and then, but not too much yet.
We can't sit up, but we are trying! Seven can roll over - when she wants too! She's quite content to be held!
Weight as of 17/2/09 ~ 8.17kg. My tiny baby girl is now a porker! LOL But I love her little rolls!

I'm updating my albums with some pics, for those of you who don't have FB!

    Hope you are all well.

Hi to everyone I didn't mention.

    Love & Hugs

    HAPPY SEVEN MONTHS VEYGAS!!
been lurking too, tired and not feeling 100%, had a few dud nights with Beth being sick but the Bear is winning awards this weekend - last night he got takeaway cause I couldn't even think about dinner... and this morning he took Beth to the markets and I got to go back to sleep until 10.00am!!! the luxury! Took Beth to the doc again today to see if I could stop giving her the abs (doc said I could after 3 days if her throat was better). it was still a bit red so she has to keep having them. Which is a bummer because she hates them and starts clamping her mouth shut and doing raspberries as soon as she sees the syringe coming!
Kel good to see you back on line!
Mel, hearing you on the abstinence, we've been using that here too just too exhausted atm
mountain mummy good to hear you managed to find a way to fit solids in!
Vic WOOOHOOO on the fitness program!
big to SB, MT, Beck, sash and everyone....
