Trace I would go factory. I know sometimes it is hard to get your head around moving from office and also moving to night shift but I think the years with the kids are so short and then they are off to school!. When we have another I will look for nights to I think and see how it goes. And It is hard as my work also puts pressures on me with hours ...and it sucks! Would love to have a 9-5job ( or 330-midnight!)....wish I was in melbourne.

Well girls about to pack up and head home after my first day back . It was yucky as expected but I must admit I spend most of it gossiping with the girls about our holidays hehehe.
