Sorry to go MIA for a bit...last week was the anniversary of our little girl's birth and death, so I had a quiet one and just took a bit of time out to reflect/remember. Please bear with me while I get back up to speed - there's so much to catch up on!
Fletch, thanks for asking after me. We are doing well thanks. Josh had his 6 month check up with the paediatrician the other day and all is good. He weighs 7.2kg now and is 70cm long. He's going well on his solids. His consumption of formula however is on the low side at the moment (Soph and Storm, I can sympathise) but he seems happy, so I can only assume that he is getting what he needs.
I've had a quick read of the last few posts and Soph, I'm so glad to hear that Lucie's lump isn't cancerous. That must have been a huge relief for you.
Jo, I'm sorry to hear of your Nanna and Aunty's poor health. It is so sad to see family members ill like that. It is unbelievable how many lives cancer touches.
Well, I had better run for now. I'm just waiting for my mum to arrive at the moment. She is driving down from Port Macquarie and should be here soon. She's coming down for a flying visit (going home Saturday) as she wanted to see her grandson. Such a doting Nanna!! As such, I won't be making it to mother's group tomorrow, Cass and Louise. Have a lovely time at Coogee, it should be nice on the beach tomorrow.
Sorry for the lack of personals, girls. I will be back soon and I promise to catch up properly with everyone's news.
BTW, have also just read the last few posts about abcesses, etc.......gross!!! LOL
