Just poppin in quickly before bed.

Things are good here. Lots of gooing and gaahing going on. And plenty of smiles. Not much else to report really. As for me, still bleeding from the Mirena! So over it. Can't wait to try out the mirena's contraception abilty! LOL! Sorry if TMI.

Rhiannon - A Doula is a person whom is hired by a pregnant mother to assits her during her labour and delivery and sometimes pre/post-natally. They are not clincally trained. Basically a support person that is their to support the mother in anyway possible within the doula's means. I am actually doing my training at the moment through an organisation called Optimum Birth. There is a quite a lot of information available of Belly Belly if you want to know anything further. Are you thinking about doing your training??
