    Evening all,

Em goes up to 8 hours at night these days, from about 8:30 - 9 ish till 3 - 4 ish.

Bec, sounds like xavier is snacking. I know it's hard but try to hold him out to a minimum of 2 hours from the beginning of the last feed n u will get sum normality in life. it take a week for a routine to establish. any less than 2 hours and a) u won't have time to fill up properly and b) u won't have time to do anything else, like go to the loo, which is kind of essential. Dummis are great for stretching them out to a routine.

Em is now on the AR formula n seems to spill less and pull less faces. have decided to just add thickener to her normal formula in future as it works out cheaper. Glad we figured that 1 out as she is even more settled than ever. we rarely hear Em cry.

Misty, it's a good idea to have some in the freezer in case u go out on ur own n are out longer than expected. rule of thumb @ least 3 feeds in the freezer @ all times. try not to completely empty urself if u know it's normal to not feed @ that time.

All this BF knowledge n I don't even get to use it!!! I did tons of research while i was pg and learned some of it by experience with Sarah.

Sonia, when supressing, it is normal to b rock hard again within a few hours, just express till comfy again. hope that made sense!

Think thats it, have a good sleep every1!

thanks alisando. but when n if i do go out, i normally make fm coz i still feel shy abt feeding in public. but so far, we've planned in such a way that she either feeds b4 we go out or we return b4 her next feed. so far, so good. it's just that i feel a bit icky giving her frozen milk when i have full boobs, u know? i did it once, expressed then put it in the freezer n then i expressed another time n topped it up n there was 2 layers....i thought it looked wrong so i threw it out. if i put it in the fridge, n dont use it within 12 hrs, i throw it out....sometimes i feel it's so wasteful but i just cant make myself give her the frozen milk....is that weird of me?
