I do a morning feed as normal and an hour or so later a bit of cereal. I don't measure the amount as such but put a heaped soon (her little spoon) and maybe a little more into the bowl and mix it with boiled water. I boil the kettle for my cuppa and by the time she's ready for cereal it's cooled down a bit. The consistancy is smooth to begin with. I started with a few mornings of ceral and that was it then a couple of days later added a bit of pumpkin of the afternoon/evening. I'm wondering if she might like a little taste of something during the day too now also!? They say to do a couple of days of one thing at a time so if there is any alergic reactions you can pin point what it was. Harper hasn't had any water yet but she could if i was organised enough. I need to get her a cup. I think they do say that it's good to introduce water with the solids (boiled of course). Amount wise i never had a limit it was just what they took (it was never that much). Keep feeding as you would and introduce "brecky, lunch & dinner" afterwards. And most importantnly take Jacobs lead, you'll know if he wants it and is ready for it. Hope that makes sense and have fun tomorrow. Have the camera and vidoe camera out it's a lot of fun.
