Monday DH had the day off so I asked him if he would take Callum to get his yearly shots. :eek: Im so glad he did cause when DH told me how much the little man cried, It would have made me a mess. He was abit out of it that day and sore but the next he seemed ok. Today he woke up with temp and crying as soon as I got him up. I gave him some breakfast and then bottle and some panadol and put him back to bed at about 1 1/2 after he got up. He slept for a little over 3 hrs.
I took him to see the pde today about his head and the dr was so good. Really checked him out. He said he isnt to worried about his head as its still is growing (evern though its slow ). He told me my head was average and said I bet your DH head isnt that big either. I told him no its not a big head. He was very good and said its still on par with the chart and with the rest of his body. So that was ok.
Then he told me, (which I knew he was going to say, as he was really checking it out), that Callum had a Heart Murmur. I almost fell of my seat. He went on to say its a loud one and it needed to be checked out. :frown: So off to WestMead childrens hospital on the 29th March. Thats the earliest I could get in. So once again Im finding myself having to worry for a while again. Im also finding that when we got home I was watching his breathing and as normal making myself think that he wasnt breathing the same. Geeee Im hopeless.
Well that is were we are at at them moment. Also very busy as we are trying to get the back yard all done ( 2 water features, lawn, etc ) before Callums pary on the 4th. I have a party tomorrow to go to and one on Sunday. So we really only have Sat and next sat to finish it all. Im getting abit worried at we have had problems with the water features and Im hopeing they will be ready.
I cant believe Callum is 1 on Tuesday. wow that has gone fast. I just cant wait to start trying the IVF in March, Well as long as eveything is ok with Callum that is. I would really love another child for him to play with. DD grew up on her own and I dont really want him to. Would love to give him a brother or sister to play with.
