Hi all,
Wow everyone is in today!! Hi Mummy Melz, welcome :) we are big hav-a-chats in this thread.
Teena- Ouchies!! Don't feel like a moron- one second is all it takes. We rushed Ty to the emergency room at 3 weeks old after dh dropped him head first in the bathroom sink. That was a bit hard to explain...
Nic- Glad you had a good time away, it's been so strange in here (not to mention quiet) without you.
Happy nine months Ash!!!!! I might have to try some of the Nurofen for teething too. Ty's third tooth- a top one- is halfway through the gum and driving him mental, poor bubba. And he is crawling on all fours and just into everything. But much happier now he can get around. And he is finally starting to stand up (still only on mum- won't grab onto anything else!).
Ahhh I can't remember what everyone said ont he last page. Hope you all had a good night last night (it was a bit of a shocker here) and have a lovely day today :)
-
Aww on the teeth.. Poor Little man.. I hope they hurry up and come through and leave him alone..
Olivia started crawling on all 4's yesterday too. Still drags herself most places but gets on all 4's occasionally.. So cute and slow ;)
She fell over this morning and gave herself a googy egg :( She went to bed not long after and of course I am now a worry wart.. I know she is fine but still I worry
-
Hi everyone,
Welcome to the new mums and bubs :)
We have been having terrible nights here over the last week :( Poor little girl has some more teeth coming through but they are taking their time and making our lives very tough on the meantime. Olivia starting sucking her thumb (which she has never done before) and rubbing her top gum which were the first signs that the top teeth are on the way, but it is the nighttime waking that is getting really hard. Panadol seems to help. Are more people using Nurofen or Panadol? What is the difference?
On the positive side Olivia is now pulling herself up onto her knees all the time and kneeling to play with her toys, I don't think it will be long before she stands up on the furniture. It is so different going out with her now that she can crawl. At Mothers Group coffee yesterday she just kept crawling away in the cafe and thinking it was hilarious that I had to chase her! I can see the trouble starting now...
Hope you all have a great day!
-
Wow when everyones on everyones on!!
Alicia - Nurofen is better for teething because it has a anti-inflammatory in it, panadol doesnt. - Keep an eye on her sucking thumb thing too, that will be a terrible habbit for her and her teeth developing! :(
Ahhh all this teething, and still none here... im happy to keep waiting.. no booby biting here thankyou!!
- just a note as we have a couple new members, i might wait till closer to dec with the birthday pressie thing we are doing and redo the list incase there is new members who want in too. keep the names u have fornow and we'll wait and see. :)
Well ive treated myself to a night out at a hotel with Ash this friday. i have drinks night with mothers group and i dont want to be driving all night with ash as there an hour away so i booked a hotel.. needed a treat :) cant wait.
Well better get some cleaning done while little tinker is sleeping... ahhhhh hows the serenity.........
-
AGh!!! Kids driving me mental!!
We went for a ride to the shops.. Bought Isaac some batteries for his pressies and a treat then rode home.. Stoopid MIL rocked up just as we were leaving and it appears she has the ****es with me ;) Goodo lol...
Olivia has her hair in a semi pony tail today.. soooo cute!! I bought her this shirt which says Mummy's Little and a picture of a cupcake.. aww it is so adorable lol..
Well off to watch a movie with the kidlets... nice relaxing day here.. sort of haha...

Just dropping in to say gday. Sorry I haven't been around for ages. i'm trying to overhaul the entire house in time for Ella's baptism in a couple of weeks (everyone coming back here for a BBQ). have been working on it for ages - will be worth it to have the house somewhat sane, but haven't had any spare moments.
Just glancing thru the posts. So far behind it's beyond hope, but glad to see what the bubs are all up to.
Welcome to the new members too...
Ella's a heap of fun at the moment. She's got the crawling thing worked out, but doesn't necessarily bother to use it! Would rather whinge til we come to her! But now she's working on standing and is just starting to cruise along. oh dear, I think my troubles are about to begin... he he he. bought a playpen cheap at the babies markets which has been great. She loves pulling herself up in it.
Gotta go do some tidying here while miss is asleep.
Hope everyone's well!

Mum of Many- Yay i'm glad you are in the thread it feels like i know some one now. I was thinking of you last week and lit a candle for Brendan on the day. I hope things are ok for you at the moment.
Melz- Yay you found me. I am glad you have moved over too. Its ok about this week we can catch up whenever. DH leaves for Vietnam on Sun so i'm gonna need some good company to get me through. Eeeeeeek 2 wks along what will i do with myself.
Well i was going to make this a decent post but Molly is crying AGAIN......Bl00dy teeth i wish theyd come through.

Hoody,Hi friend, thanks so much for lighting a candle for our son Brendan,I?m always very emotional around September,we decided to buy our Son a big bunch of heiliam balloons and we let them go on the night of his anniversary, the stars were out and we also have a star named after him, through the Starlight Foundation, our other children made a wish and said hello to their brother,it`s been 4 years but I just can`t seem to move on,so sorry for raveing on,just a little sad, thanks for your thoughts. I hope the 2 weeks go by fast while hubby is away,I hate when my hubby goes away for work, you just feel kinda lost.
Hope your little one cuts her teeth soon,we have had sleepless night with Kieren,he was totally miserable cutting his first bottom ones. take care to all.

Tinsel - YAY on the crawling, Ryley has just started to commando crawl, so very exciting, your def going to be on your toes now :)
LoriRae - i totally agree with Nurofeon for teething... Also congrats on the crawling too, yay fun times ahead :)
Alicia - with the whoel thumb sucking, Ryley started to do it, when he was bout 5 months, and everytime he stuck his thumb in this mouth, i would take it out, after about 2 weeks of doing that, he hasnt dne it since :) well good luck with it hon...
Well phone ringing, better go...
Talk to you all soon :) Ciao Bellas

dont worry all pcs muck up from time to time.
My kids were driving me mad as well today. Sofia has a cold which is frustrating, last week it was conjuctivitus, now a cold and teething, and now she has just started to cry Again. I know it is from the childcare and in a copule of months she will be fine, but it so annoying now. Heres to a better tomorrow

Welcome Hoody and Mummy Melz. There are a few of us in here that shoudl be in the Nov group but we couldn't leave our girls. Good to have you over here.
Mum of Many  huni, I am sorry to hear of your son. Friend isn't coping too well, but you cope whatever way you can don't you. Apparently she's spending her day in bed drinking wine after wine :(
Mummy Melz, I don't mind when my DP goes away either. Provided he takes a couple of kids with him that is. LOL, one day Abbey will be big enough to go too!
Jus, HI!! Good to hear you are going well.
Nic, Happy Birthday to Isaac, hope he had a great day.
Hoody, I'm hearing you on the crying. Abbey has turned into the biggest cry baby in the last week or 2. Seriously doing my head in. Of course she's going through the super clingy, I only want mummy to touch me stage too. People look and talk to her and she's all smiles, but God forbid if they go to hold her. I can't even shower in peace (although haven't done that in 16 years) she bawls soooooo hard.
Nic, can you send some of that hair to Abbey, she is slowly getting more but as I said, it's a slow process. If she grew hair as fast as she cut teeth we'd be getting somewhere. Number 6 has just cut. No signs atm of anymore so maybe the whinging will stop
Buzzie, I hope you have a great night out. That would be bliss. We have a wedding to go to on 18th Oct, so we have got Noah staying at DP's parents, first time EVER! and Tehya going to my mums, Abbey will be coming with us and we are going to stay in a hotel in the city for the night. I have 2 clients due that week though too so I am praying so hard they go before that so I can relax. Would be nice too if they don't go on the same day.
Teena, hugs huni, don't beat yourself up too much. Accidents happen and it only takes a split second. Be thankful that it wasn't much worse.
Hi to all mums and bubs and sorry to any I have missed. I do read but have been slack lately and not posting as much. Day's seem to be shorted even though I know it's the opposite. OHHHHH Abbey slept yesterday, she did great, 90 minutes in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. That is so not like her, we usually get the morning sleep, and most times the arvo one, but not for that long, shame I couldn't have a nap too, both girls were asleep when I had to go get Noah so I left them here with Brandon. Could have so easily just curled up on the lounge. School holidays start on Friday so there goes any chance of quiet in the day for the next 2 weeks. I find it so unsettling for Abbey too.
Have a great one girls :D
-
morning all..
I was so tired I went to bed at 9pm last night.. Olivia woke at one stage and I just popped her in bed with me.. I didn't wake again till 5:30.. I need to do that again I think. I need to go to bed when my eyes start closing and not push through it and then get a second wind kwim?
Trish: I am sad for your friend.. And yes Isaac had a lovely day ( I hope) I can't believe he is 5 already. The week he was born was a mixture of sadness (my sister lost her baby the day before) and such happiness then Isaac got sick so we were all just so scared for 2 weeks. I hate that I can't let it go.. Like around his birthday I always play it over and over in my mind what I was doing at what time... 5 yrs time to move on.... (ramble over lol)
Louise: I hope Sofia gets better soon. Olivia keeps getting conjunctivitis too. I am starting to wonder if it is her hair in her eyes all the time.. At them moment she has slight gunky eyes. Not sure what to do about it..
Hope everyone has a lovely day! Cool and dark here. Looks like it might rain (yay)
-
Breastmilk in her eyes hun :)
-
yeh this is her 4th time having it this year and BM hasn't worked.. Why does she keep getting it??
-
Morning all
Olivia still has blocked tear duct so we havbe to see a eye specialist for it... Sick of eye been weepy looks so gross at times.
Nic- I went to bed early last night bloody dog wuld stop barking which jolted Olivia out of her sleep so in the end I lost it and went out the back and screamed at the dog and did nthear a peep put of him until this morning...Bad side olivia was unsettled after that and I just out her in bed with us so I could go straight to sleep....
Trish - good to hear from you I hear you on the reading but not replying I do that so often I just run outta time so using the peace and quiet while to my advantage... Love your new avator pic how the heck do you manage to keep her still....
Kitten- Hope your sofia gets better real soon so not looking forward to the bugs little kids get..esp the vomiting ones...
Welcome to the group Mummy of Many.....and Mummy Melz I am sure you will love it here the more the merrier
Jus good luck with the baptism I am sure it will go well..
Buzzie - Olivia has no teeth either.... and no sign of them (yet)
Sorry anyone I have missed...
Onto the gift buying I am soooooo stuck on what to get my person.... Everything I think offf I wonder have they got it already would they mind another should I think out side the square...what is everyone else thoughts would you mind receiveing a gift that you already have.......Makes it so hard...
Well that is me done lol I am so hungry
-
Wow again. Like Lauren said, when everyone's in, everyone's in!!
Lauren- Oooh you lucky thing enjoy your hotel, I am jealous :)
Nic- Poor bubba. Conjunctivits is so yucky. Do the other kids have it? Maybe they're passing it back and forth?
Teena- Bleeping barking dog, I have one of those too. Grrr.
Hoody- :hugs: for you. I work for the Starlight Foundation, in the Starlight Express Room at Westmead.
And once again, I can't remember what was said on the last page. Hope you are all doing well. Ty is still in pain. Just a warning for those of you about to try Nurofen- Ty had it yesterday and NEVER again, I don't know if it was the ibuprofen or the colours or the flavours, but it made him so hyperactive, he was up and not even tired for the next eight hours. Good thing he had it at midday!! I am staring to think maybe he will be sensitive to artificial colours and what not. We're going back to the paracetemol (AMcal brand- he throws up the actual Panadol brand stuff).
-
Well another lurker here :) like others I have been reading, but just not had time really to post.
Hello to everyone and welcome to the newbies. Thank you Bek for wondering where i was.
Anyway, Vicki is another gummy bub which I dont mind as I love that gummy smile babies have. She is crawling backwards and a little forwards and has started doing the funniest thing with her leg, she gets up on her toes and then kicks the leg in the air . Its a little draining atm the moment as she just wants to be on her feet and if I dont sit with her nearly all day long she grumbles something shocking. She let go of me yesterday for a second or 2 so Im sure that before christmas she'll be after Alex and he is going to be in sooooo much trouble then. The weekend was an absolute suckful one as the kids Dad moved out, it had been coming for a while and we are still being nice to each other, but sadly I am so relieved that I dont have to waste my energy on something that is a one way street. Alex has had a couple of bad nights and is playing up a bit but I expect this so am just giving him heaps of cuddles and reassurances and hopefully he will adjust to things.
Well I'll be in more often now as the kids both sleep for about 1.5hrs during the day and they are now both going to bed at the same time (6.30pm).
Have a lovely day ladies
-
Morgan- Sorry to hear you had a tough weekend but if neither of you were i happy i bet you are relieved and i'm sure in a week or 2 Alex will have readjusted and be settled again.
Lori- Working for the starlight foundation must be so rewarding but so heartbreaking too i dont know how you do it but well done. Wow what a reaction from the nurofen i've never had a prob with my girls but hey use what works for you.
Teena- At least you are getting to see a specialist so you can have the problem sorted with the tear duct. Can i be in on the pressie thing too if its not too late.
aussienic- I'm sure you've tried but i find salt water often to bath the eye always helps if not maybe a trip to the drs to see if you can use anything else.
Trish- thanks for the welcome and its good to know i'm not the only one with a velcro bub at the minute. I hear you on the showering etc. DH caught DD1 trying to put a tampon in her knickers last night........I think i get followed to the toilet to often *sigh* I literally cant shower until the kids are in bed.
Kitten- hope your tomorrow was better.
Melz- Hows my Ryley boy hun? Commando crawling huh WTG.....still not moving here but i dont think we ever will haha.
Mumofmany- I hope you are feeling better the one thing i was never prepared for when having kids (not that i could be prepared but never thought of) was that no more sick days if you are unwell tough you have a job to do. I woke with a migraine last week and OMG i felt like i was dying. DH HAD to go to work and i had no one to call. Needless to say been unwell with lil ones is so hard so i hope you are on the mend. Do you use MSN? If so please add me as a friend i am sure i will be needing lots of cyber chatting whilst DH is away. Oh and i loved the ballon idea it sounds beautiful.
Sorry if i've missed anyone compared to the Nov thread this one is super busy and TBH i am only just keeping up ;)
Well Molly is still a big grumble bum in the day. Thankfully our nights are still ok going down at 5.30-6 and sleeping through till about 5-6. DD1 is also driving me mad at the moment pushing boundaries but i'm sure its just the age- gotta love 2yo's. I have just enrolled her in DC starting one day a week as i am finding it so hard to food shop and to even do the house work but she has severe allergies and asthma so i am a little weary but i guess i can only try it. Well Its time to sort dinner out and i've rambled enough. Take care everyone.
-
Olivia's conjunctivitis comes and goes.. agh I wish I knew what it was.. It doesn't seem like proper C kwim??
Morgan:  I hope Alex settles down for you..
Lori: I gave in once and gave Jacob a cough mixture and I specifically asked for one without a sedative and got exactly that.. OMG he was awake almost all night.. NEVER again!!
And with Teena.. If you have any specific thing you want or don't want to recieve for your bub let us know lol.. I am stumped.. I have a few ideas then I change my mind..
I don't know if I should get clothes or a book or a keepsake.. I am driving myself mental LOL
-
Hi all,
Ho hum I should be making a grocery list but I can't be bothered so wiling away my time on the computer instead...
Morgan- Sorry that you had a rough weekend  It sounds like you are at peace with it, so it must be the right thing. Love your new avatar :)
Hoody- Velcro baby here too. I can't put Ty down, and if I do mange to get him down he screams and starts crawling after me, looking at me with big 'pick-me-up' eyes.
Nic- I'm a bit stumped too :dunno: but I do have one thing in mind as a maybe.
Okey dokey I'm off to finish doing all the stuff that needs doing *sigh* but dh is bringing home chinese so I don't have to cook :D
-
I have already bought my person a pressie. I saw something I thought they wouldn't have and just went for it. Sorry to my person if you do already have it, but it is impossible to know everything people have.
Spent the day out with a friend but was really bad company. I have a headache and Olivia is still grizzling a lot and is now a velcro baby as well :-/ At least I can see I am not the only one in that situation,
Sleepy dust to all.

Hello to all mums and little ones.
aussienic-doesn`t feel great to have an early night,I also was in bed early, this winter has been terriable,I?m not the type of person to stay sick for long, but this flu is driving me batty, poor hubby moved to the lounge as he said i was snoring, lol,I said that`s because i can`t bloody breath.
trish-Try to be there for your friend if you can,the greiving process of loosing a child is the worst pain you could ever feel, but alcohol, won`t solve anything nor will it bring back her precious sonI went through this too, untill i was just making myself sick and couln`t get out of bed,but my hubby got me though our really tough times,we are soul mates.Just try to be there, hope you and your family are well.
Louise- have you tried saline-(salty water)in a bowl with warm water, some soft cotton balls, and swab each eye a couple of times, you can do this 4 or 5 times each day,it will clear in a week.my girlfriends kids have had this and they got foot and mouth from pre school,it`s never ending,ay!
Lori Rae-Hi ya,How long have you been working at the Children`s Hospital Westmead for? I`ve been going their ever since it opened,I?m there on Monday at the OPD,for my daughter,we know heaps of people there,as our sick little boy was in and out of there for 8 years, that was our second home.(his name was Brendan Thompson, have you heard of him?)we might meet up one day.The starlight room is fantastic,we use to go down there and play games and have a laugh,I love the clown doctor`s.he,he,he.Big kid at heart.
Hoody-Hello,how`s things going for you and your lovel girls? I will ask my hubby if he can set up msn,we don`t have that atm,as we are both studying, lol, that`s when I?m not on here. OK,going to finish off washing and do some ironing now, all the kids are in bed.yeah!!!!hot chocolate time now, keep well to all mums and bubs.
-
Hello Lovely Ladies,
I have been lurking too with no time to post. My girls are keeping me on my toes.
OMG friends warned me that 3 year olds are worse than 2's....Miss Sara is either leaving the terrible 2's with a bang or entering 3's on a challenging note!!!!
Loren is really cute atm and very active..Thankfully she is sleeping through the night yes!!!!
Morgan - Hugs sweety. I hope you and the kids settle nicely. It sounds like it is onwards and upwards:)
Welcome to the new mummies.
I am so happy to see that everyone has decided to post lately) Hugs to all
For the birthday gift I am going to try and find some thing that symbolises a First Birthday, it may be a book or photoframe. Some thing along those lines.
BTW - I have a job...heehee..One day per week cleaning!!! I know...sh@t of a job, but I took it on because I was really feeling trapped and DH is looking after Loren whilst I earn some cash for myself.
-
Hi Everyone
Wow, lots of posts to get through. I am sad after reading the lost bubbies stories :(
Velcro baby here too. Monique was being so good but the last couple of days she has screamed the house down if I go into the other room but she doesn't think to crawl to where I am  It takes ages to do anything.
Trish and Buzzie - good idea staying in a hotel.
Teena - I hope Olivia's eye gets better soon.
Bek - I have heard the 3's are bad too and seen it with my nieces. Nightmares!
MummyMelz - OMG I sure am on my toes with the crawling now. She pulled all the DVD's out and wants to touch everything on the TV stand so we are shopping for a new one with doors. She also loves the bin. At playgroup today she crawled over to the baby with the best toy and tried to take it away so we will be learning about sharing lol.
I have a glamorous poo question. Monique has been doing MASSIVE runny poos for nearly a week and lately is 2 or 3 times a day. We have had leakers the last couple of days they are so huge. Is this a teething thing or should I take her to the doctor? She hasn't been eating a whole lot at meal times and spat her veggies out today when she normally loves her veggies. Her milk and water drinks are normal.
-
I gotta be quick but Tinsel your poo's sound like ours at the moment and Molly is teething really bad. She is going a couple of times a day and leaking through heaps. Yesterday when i was holding her it she did one it came out the back over my arm and all over the couch..........not nice  If you are worried at all a check up wont hurt though.
-
quick check in. Don't ya hate when you are super sleepy and know you should have gone to bed hours earlier and then baby wakes up.. *sigh* Olivia woke at 10:30 I think it was and at 11 I lay down with her to get her back to sleep and fell asleep myself. I woke at 12:30 when Simon came to bed and got up tp pee :) and he put Livi back in her bed. Well I was awake then wasn't I.. And then She woke again at 4:30..
oh well I don't feel to tired.. and I get to go shopping today *yay* It's my birthday tomorrow and the boys are buying my pressie :) so I get to shop semi alone..
-
Hi all,
Alicia- Must've been the day for headaches, I had a massive one too. I'm sure whatever you get will be lovely, and like you said, there is no way of knowing what everyone has got.
Nic- Happy Birthday for tomorrow *cheer* (just in case I don't log on tomorrow). Enjoy your shopping.
Tinsel- Can't help with the poo problem I'm afraid- we've got the oppisite. Not enough poos and surely too hard to be comfortable.
MoM- I've been at Westmead for three years now, so i probably missed Brendan by a little bit, but his name seems to ring a bell? Was he in Camperdown ward? I'm one of the Captain Starlights, but I'm only there on the weekends at the moment. I used to be the permanent Captain there six days a week (can you tell I miss it??). I love the clown doctors too- but, of course, the Captains are better ;)
Poor ty is still in so much pain, his top tooth keeps coming through and going back in. Does it normally take this long? He cut his first bottom two so quick and easy I was hoping it would be that way with the top too :( Guess not.
I'm grocery shopping today then dh is off to Shark Park for the game tonight... I say go the sharks but I don't really care that much lol. At leats I'll kindof have the house to myself (if Ty decides to be a good boy and sleep for a bit).
-
sorry i cant remember what everyone said, brains BIG time frizzle atm, ash teething big time and he has a terrible cold, so its constant winging or crying.. so frustrating :(
Just wanted to say to mum of many.... u said on the other page you just cant get over your son after 4 years... my godness... i would spend a life time in sadness if i lost one of my babies!!!! i know ppl need to get on with life, but i dont think anyone should have to get over it... Big hugs your way!
Bekz- who cares about a job title.. it makes you happy thats all that matters.Even high profile jobs can be discusting too! like mine  lol Nursings great and im proud to tell ppl that, but if they knew the stuff we had to clean behind the sceans... 'ooooo' - still makes me sick after 6 yrs of it LOL - the one day a week space would be just lovely!!
Have a good day everyone..
-
I enjoyed my shopping.. We all ended up shopping together but wandering off from to time.. I bought Olivia the cutest little purple dress lol. Its so adorable..
She was absolutly brilliant shopping just sat in the pram or trolley and smiled at everyone.. had one quick feed before we left and slept the whole way home..
oh and she loves to dance.. and the boppier the music the better apparently lol.
I hope everyone else is having a lovely day
Bek: I wouldn't worry abut a job title. A job is a job and if it gets you a few extra dollars and few hours of peace then go for it :) Hell I would even collect rubbish bins for some peace  oh maybe not cus I couldn't stand the smell lol.. Have occasionally thought of motel cleaning but I hate cleaning my own house so I think I would suck at that ahahahaha..
Lori: Sometimes it can take a while for teeth to pop through.. Do you rub his gums with your fingers at all? I know when Livi was teething I would do that and she just loved it. I am to scared to do that now.. She is a biter.. eeek!
-
No time for personals but i'm bound to bbl :D Went food shopping this morning and omg it was soooo hard. DD1 wet herself half way around and then had a big tantrum as she hates been wet. (shes been TT for months so i dont know what the issue was) Then because she was been so loud Molly got really upset and screamed too. By the time i got to the check outs i was almost in tears  A lovely lady with two children of her own loaded all my shopping on the register as i obviously had my hands full and then a man came over to talk to DD1 to try and calm her down. As horrible as our morning was it was so nice to see so many caring ppl trying to help me. Now we are home and things arent much better *sigh* gonna be anothe one of those days. Dont know if its the kids or me iykwim i dont seem to be very patient and i think its coz i'm stressing about DH going away on Sun. I really dont know how the parters of FIFO's cope when they have young children.
Ok feeling a little less stressed after my vent. Back to the Chaotic house of Hoods.
-
Our day didnt get any better :( Both girls have temps so i guess thats why we have had it rough both must be coming down with something........I hope not but i guess only time will tell. DD1 told me her head hurts and she is quite hot. Shes also asthmatic and today for the 1st time since she started her new preventer 3 months ago she has needed ventalin. I'm hoping Molly's temp is just teething but somehow if DD1 is unwell too i doubt it.
On a brighter note Molly actually got up on all 4's today. Maybe she will crawl after all.

Hello to everyone.
Lorirae-Yes my little man Brendan spent time in Camperdown,on many occassions,he love Captain Starlight,we use to have family fun days out with them as well, they were the best days. Thanks for asking.
aussienic- I went to best and less yesty got my two youngest some new summer clothes and a couple of cute shirts to wear out,but hubby was too busy looking at the beautiful girls clothes for bubs, something tells me i`d better be careful, lol. He realy wants another girl, our Emily is already 7 years now. I love to shop!
Hoody- sorry your little ones arne`t well, hope they are better very soon,it`s hard when more than one child is sick, the others always seem to catch what`s going around, hope you have a better day tomorrow, hun, take care.
Buzzie- Thankyou for your kind words,I didn`t mean it as it may have come across about my Son`s death,it`s just my family have seemed to have earased our son from their life, they didn`t even ring to see how our family was, that goes for my parents and DH`s,made me sad and angry. We will never foreget our son, ever, sorry to rant. The ladies here at BB,feel more like they care, than our own family,Thanks to you all.

Hi everyone, just a quick hello here..
Back from the hotel. was just wonderful.. i was completely pulling my hair out before going and felt great to have some quiet time. Ash did well only lasted a couple hours out at dinner but was very late so had to take him back to the hotel which was ok - i felt bad being the only mum there with bubs, but Rob did offer to have him for the night. I would of just been worrying to much to enjoy myself tho.
We decided we're taking Ash to Tassie in Jan for his 1st birthday pressie from mummy and daddy and we going to plan a holiday to bali next yr too so that will be soo good, in need of holiday here!!! :wall:
Hope everyones enjoying today. beautiful weather, we're out doing up mums shop.. so exciting. :)

Hi all,
Lauren- A holiday to tassie, how cool, I've always wanted to go there :)
Nic- Both the kids asleep at once, amazing. Hope you relaxed for a bit. Olivia looks like quite the little lady in your ticker pic doesn't she? :)
MoM- Wow. You are one of those amazing mums of Camperdown kids that I look at and wonder how you are so strong, how I would cope if I was in your position. I have so much respect for you and your family- to have lived through something like that. Never mind the extended family- Brendan stays real in your hearts and that is all that matters
