Bekz - i would of done the exact same thing. i hate ppl smoking around Ash!
How funny 3 of us have partners called Rob lol
Buzzie - I cracked it when I saw a cloud of smoke surround Loren's pram whilst she was sleeping..Rob and I actually got to the festival first and picked a spot that we thought would be far enough away from the smokers then his parents turned up and invited all theirs friends to sit at our table..oh yeah one old bugger took my chair so I had to stand the whole freakin time...geez I didn't realise I was so mad about this!!!! Anyways we are not going again and we may even get to do what Rob wants to do for Father's Day for once.
I think Rob was a popular name around 30 years ago..
Loren's screaming out is spliting my brain in half atm...she is just so loud!!!!
Hi all,
Woot Tony is back but driving me insane... after a week of perfect day sleeps, Ty is now impossible to settle because Dada is home. Grrrr. We have another tooth and two more on the way. He hasn't figured out how to pull up on things to stand yet, only push up on low things. Won't be long but.
Lauren- you made me jealous with all that full moon beach talk. It's such lovely weather, me and Tony might take Ty to the beach one day this week.
Bekz- That would have driven me feral too. The older generation just don't get the smoking around babies do they??
Off to clinic to get Ty weighed. i think it's time to trun the car seat around, ours only goes up to 9 kilos rf. And Ty won't take a bottle or a cup with ebm anymore, so i have to check he's ok just to have solids while i'm at work (only for about 7 hours once a week so should be ok).
Lori - You just cant live with em cant without!! :wall: bloody men lol
mum and i made a deal, no men bashing comments around ash once hes one! lol i figure that gives me enough time to practise before he gets old enough to understand.. hehe
ahhh 9 kgs.. seems so long ago hehe Im gonna weigh Ash tomorrow, im guessing he would of hit 12kg by now.. another lady in the shop said to me today.. is he one? hehe - better than 18months.
Well we are celebrating here, mum got approved for a shop for her toy business.. yay! ash will love going there to play! hehe so exciting!
Bek - I hear you - just! Monique has made me deaf and insane with her high pitched screaming ALL the time. I really hope this is a phase and will be over soon. I would have been cranky about all the smokers too. So rude.
Buzzie - congrats to your mum that must be exciting. You must have great biceps from lugging Ash around if he is about 12kg.
LoriRae - How lovely to have hubby home. Mine was home for 2 months and he rocked Monique to sleep so guess what she likes now and he is back at work  I bet he will love to be the other way in the car seat.
Had a pretty good day. Monique used to love being out in the pram looking around but the last two times I have been out shopping around, she has screamed. If another kid comes by she is distracted for a little while but I'm sad that she isn't happy to be wheeled around anymore and her toys, rusks, whatever don't cut it anymore.
howdy all! I have been busy the last few days.. Just doing things around the house
Olivia has been pretty good. She was awake for about 2 hours last night and I was getting so peeved off.. I ended up leaving her with Simon and sleeping on the couch. But we think it was my coughing keeping her awake in the first place cus as soon as I left the room they both went back to sleep.. I am sick to death of coughing.. (ps im not sick just have this most annoying tickly cough)
I weighed Olivia the other week at the chemist and she was 8.4kg.. she had only gained 400grams since May.. I don't know if thats a bad thing but she is healthy and happy and seems to well and truly reaching her developmental milestones so I figure it can't be a huge deal.. plus she has plenty of chunk on her thighs lol...
Hi all,
We are a sick household here. DH is 'dying' of a cold, I am not feeling great and Little Miss Olivia has been quite sick. In fact we ended up taking her to the Children's Hospital Saturday night as she suddenly broke out in a bright red rash all over her body and was seriously grizzley. They think it is just a viral thing (took a throat swab to check for other stuff) but it means we are stuck at home until the rash goes. It is sad to see her all miserable and the rash freaked me out a bit, but it is all on the improve now.
Glad to hear everyone seems to be doing ok on the whole.
I everyone, it seems ages since I have had time to post, have lurked every so often but seriously busy at work and home as usual. Maria and Sofia have settled into the new childcare but Sofia refuses to take EBM in a bottle or cup so I breastfeed her before I leave in the morning and as soon as I get there after work and they feed her food with lots of liquid in it, plus I bring in stewed apple as well for her, Anyone have any tips on getting her to drink from a sippy cup? She can get the water into her mouth but doesn't seem to get the idea of swallowing it, so it just dribbles down her face. We couldn't even get her to drink EBM or water when I had to stop breastfeeding for 24 hours last Wednesday so I could have a thyroid scan, I had a lump in my neck and had my scan, it turned out to be a broken blood vessel into a thyroid nodule thus creating a lump, the Doctor did a biopsy and drained 6 mls of old blood out of it, now I have to wait 1 month to see if it happens again. He thinks that the exertion of Sofia's birth may have caused the vessel to burst - just a bit scary.
Hope all the bubs and mums are well or gettng better.
Big  to Alicia and Kitten! your poor things. Hope you guys get better soon!
Nic - i was told all the stats start to slow down about this age.. at least she put some on, but would really worry like u said as long as shes still happy and eating :) I was in a health food shop the other day and the guy tickled ashs feet and said oh look at those fat legs! and as we left he said "bye fatty"... OMG how rude! i know he was being friendly, but seriously some mums could be big time offended by that, i didnt appreciate it!
Tinsel - yep, big biceps here! LOL i surprise myself sometimes especially when i think ill just 'pop' into the shop for bit so ill carry him and i come out and hour or 2 later with heaps of bags and sweating from carring him with numb arms!! omg the amount of times ive done that!!
Hi all,
:hugs: to alicia- how scary- and kitten- that's pretty scary too!!
Ty is 8.4 kilos so we can turn the car seat around.. I might leave it a bit longer, we've got another 600 gms before it has to be turned, so that's another few weeks at least.
Nic- I'm sure she's doing fine. Ty was stuck at 7.5 kilos for about 3 months, he's only just started putting weight on again.
Lauren- How bleeping rude, that would have really ticked me off. People should think before they speak.
Our oven shorted out last night and took all the electricity in the house with it. Thank god we've got a safety switch, so the electricity is back on but the oven is stuffed. Tony is playing around with it at the moment trying to fix the element, which scares me. What is it with men, why can't they just call the repair guy and be done with it??
Louise: that does sound quite scary! I hope it just goes away.. what will happen if it comes back?
Get well soon vibes sent out to all the mama's and bubba's
Lauren: I learnt very quickly to always take the stroller or use a trolley  I got tendonitis with Jacob from carrying him all the time  and I ended up on anti inflammitries.. too funny (well we think so) Dr said it was from carrying Jacob..
How rude of that man by the way. I wish people would watch what they say. what if he was a bit older or you had an older child with you.. This is why so many kids have body image issues.
Me: feel like dog doo doo.. Im not sick but it takes so much effort to talk. My voice is hoarse from all the coughing. I slept in the lounge again so Olivia would stay asleep. She woke at 3:40 though but then fell asleep on my till 6 so it wasn't to bad..
I have so much to do but so little motivation.. We are going to mums on thursday then camping for 3 nights on Saturday and I have to pack and sort clothes gRR.. my least favourtie job..
nic - how nice to go camping tho.. i used to love it as a kid! I think unpacking after is worse..lol mind u, chuck it all in the wash. hehe
I think your cough has come this way... ohh my throat hurts, i dont have a cold or feel sick but stuffy chest and cant stop that heavy asma sound cough,... and my voice was hoarse too..:( sympathy going ur way here..!
Lori - how crap of ur oven! i hope your hubby doesnt do anymore damage.. to himself or the oven lol i think men have to make sure, yep its definatly broken! before they can give in to another male fixing it.... gotta keep there ego in check lol
well off the bath the little man, didnt weigh him yesterday but he had such an awesome time playing with all the kids! i love now there old enough to get in there...
I hate the packing and unpacking.. UGH,, I have some of the cothes sorted but thats as far as I got
That cough is so annoying isn't it?? I made it to 3 hours in my own bed last night and woke at 1:30 cough cough cough so I came out to the lounge.. Slept beautifully till 5 lol..
All I think of is all the darn sleep I am missing out on.. GRR.. Olivia is finally sleeping ok and what happens???? I sleep like this
Well not much to report.. hot here already this morning.. This humidity might kill me before summer even gets here
Quiet in here...
Believe it or not, dh managed to fix the oven without hurting himself ;) Bought the part for $80, must've saved us a fortune. Ty is cutting another tooth, a top one this time, and it is really hurting him, poor little bubba.
Lauren and Nic- for both of you, hope you feel better soon.
Woot for your DH Lori :)
Poor Ty.. come on teeth ease up on Master Ty...
believe it or not I actually need to go shopping for clothes for Olivia  In the need of summer jammies or at least summery and shorts..
Olivia is getting to clever.. She stood up on her play gym this morning and took a few steps.. she also got her first googy egg :( but it went down very quickly and she stopped crying as soon as I picked her up..
And yes very quiet in here..
oh and we have Isaacs pead appointment tomorrow to get the results of his MRI.. I am so nervous but there can't have been anything bad or they would have rung us to come in earlier but always in the back of your mind you go over all the worst possible things
Lori - yay on the oven..lol, poor little teeth for Ty, ..Still none here!!
Nic - Goodluck today with the apt, hope all goes well for Isaac! Woot on Olivias stepping! :D
Nothing interesting here.. yay royal show starts today!! soooo excited!!! Cant wait to show Ash all the animals!
ooh i started making a blanket for Ash yesterday, its gonna be a big single bed size but its checkers so im gonna sew on a new different fabric squares throughout the next 5 yrs and sew on things that are significant to him along with little bits and pieces.. im so excited to make it..im gonna sew one of his 0000 outfits on it too so we can keep it forever.. gonna be soo special!! :D I LOVE keepsakes!
Enjoy your day everyone :D
Lauren- What an awesome idea!! I have a patch blanket from when i was in Guides that my mum made me and I still love it.
Nic- Crossingmy fingers for you today, I'll be thinking of you. I'm sure it will be ok.
Hmmm... not much going on here. Ty is asleep but I just feel so lazy, can't break out of winter hibernation mode just yet. Reading a book in the sun is sounding appealing.
Hey girls!
Nic - all the best with the test results. As much as I hope they dont find something, I hope you get some answers today.
Lauren - hehe.. had to giggle when you said Ash has no teeth yet.. that would be a surprise when he smiles for those that ask if he's 18 months old! hehe.
Lori - hope Ty's tooth cuts soon. We had a rough time cutting the top two teeth. They're coming down nicely now, and she's cutting her 4th tooth at the bottom, but it doesn't seem to be hurting her as much.
Well, my news is, Saturday was our 5th anniversary, and DH has booked a balloon ride! eeek! We've got to choose a date to do it, but argh, I'm freaking out LOL. I told him we have to have our life insurance and wills sorted before we do it. I even asked him if we can go in separate balloons so if anything happens the kids won't be orphans. LMAO. I'm not nervous!! :o
We got the kids pressies too (family tradition :) ) and we got Tallon a sandpit.. but gosh - getting him to keep the sand IN the sandpit is proving a challenge! Kayla just got a couple of usual baby toys heh, and they both got a toy for the bath. Tallon also got a wiggles guitar which gets played LOTS lol. He plays it when watching the wiggles and raggs. So cute. He rocks! hehe. (think he gets all the guitar movements from watching us play guitar hero on the xbox. He was using those guitars all the time, which is why I knew a wiggles guitar would be a hit hehe). DH is sooo hard to shop for, coz his wishlist comprises of expensive technology all the time! So I just got him a digital photo frame for his desk at work. It's pretty good actually heh.
Well Kayla now pulls herself up on the furniture very efficiently, and has finally worked out to move her feet in more once she's up LOL. And she's slowly working her way along the furniture now. She's sooo keen to get moving tho, you can see her leaning wanting to get to everything, so we'll see how long before she lets go and gets going. Tallon was 11 months when he let go and walked on his own. So I guess Kayla might be similar (she's about 9 months corrected now).
i've packed away the co-sleeper cot now, and she's in the big cot in our room. So at least I know she's contained now if she wakes up hehe. Altho I had her in our bed last night in an attempt to wean her from the wrap. But the Tallon came clambering in early this morning, so I put her back in her cot. Couldn't be bothered with them playing in my bed.. I wanted more sleep!
Well, it's GORGEOUS weather here today, have got lots of washing on the line, and I've actually done a fair bit of cleaning this morning! I have soooo much washing all over the lounge tho that needs folding and ironing. I'm gonna put the kids to bed once Raggs finishes and will find myself something to watch while I tackle it. *sigh*
Ok.. it's finished.. gotta put these kids down.
Bye!
OMG Liz im so jealous..a balloon ride!!i have always wanted to do that, kinda a do before i die thing! wow have an awesome time..and i wouldnt be scared, you dont hear many of them crashing.. at least i havent lol .. sorry that wasnt very reassuring was it.
OMG i had to post !!! Ash just stood all by himself!!! We were sitting in the lounge eating dinner and he was holding onto the coffee table and a toy in one hand and just let go and held the toy with both hands! of course i squealed in excitment and he hung straight back on the table.. :(
Then after dinner he had cuddles with nanna and granddad and they were teaching him ear and tounge.. and mum said nannas ear and Ash pointed his finger and went straight to his ear!! it was incredible. He then looked at the dogs who were sitting next to them and panting as they had been for a walk and he stuck his tounge out and started breathing heavy!! OMG!!!!!!!!!! wat a night!!!!!
WOOT asher!! Way to go Little man...
Quick jump on.. Isaac's MRI result was all good (wwwwooooo) So no nasties.. I knew there wouldn't be but was nice to know 100% for certain kwim? He has ben given a preventative medication now which we will trial on .5mg for the next 6-8 weeks and if he gets another headache (due at end of Oct) we up the med to 1mg and then he is on it for 6 months to see how he goes..
I am so tired and really need to go to sleep.. I was up till 11 last night and then Jacob woke up and with all his carrying on he woke Olivia who was awake till 2am !!!!!! and then Jacob woke at 5:20 and so did Olivia.. my eyes are hanging out of my head lol..
Anyways at mums now till Saturday then Camping till Tuesday.. Will check in tmorrow :)
Go Ash!!! What a clever little man! How exciting :)
Nic- What a relief, btu like you said might have been good to have some definite answers. Hope the new meds work out. I'm hearing you on the tired- Ty was on his hands and knees in my face at 4:30 am going 'dadadada'.
We are off to see a hypnotist tonight, that peter powers guy... should be interesting...
wow quiet in here!!
Lori - have a great time, let us know how it was if you u thought it was real....
Off to the show today with daddy YAY cant wait!
Lauren, hope you all have a great day out today hun. I'm sure Ash will love it. Be sure to take your camera and get loads of pics. OMG at Ash standing too. That little man is growing up way too fast.
LoriRae, how was your night out ? I'd love to go and watch something like that.
Nic, glad to hear that Isaac's tests went well. Must be a huge relief for you. Enjoy our time away.
Liz, woohoo on the balloon ride. I'd love to do it too. Would probably crap myself initially but I'd get over it. No chance with my DP, he can't handle height at all. Another baby that's up and moving, too scarey.
We are going ok. Have had a big couple of weeks. A friend I grew up with little boy passed away Monday week. His mum went in to wake him up at 7 am and he had died. He was 4 years old :( Had a seizure in his sleep poor baby.
My mum was taken to hosp last Sunday via ambulance with a suspected heart attack. Thankfully it wasn't that, but was a huge scare for us all. Of course she hasn't given up the bloody smokes :(
Best go, Noah's school has their spring fair on today and he is singing in it. Thank God there are other kids singing too
home from the show.. gees i got a big headache!! :(
Ash had a pretty good time very clingy to me but thats ok. IT was sooooo good to be out with daddy, - and mummy got some nice cuddles too, so thats starting to work out nicely
Trish - how horrible for your friend! i couldnt think of anything worse!! :(
Hope your mum gets better too. The picture in your ticker is just GORGOUS!!!!
well off to put feet up, with little bit of chocolate.. yummmmmmm
Hello Ladies.
Some of you may know me from around the forums but i wanted to come in and introduce myself to you as i am hoping to join you in here :) My DD2 was born in Nov 07 and i have been in that thread since her birth but TBH i dont know whats happened with it there are only 2 of us left posting so its incredibly quiet and i am getting frustrated talking to myself as i am a regular poster.
Molly was born via an elective CS on the 13th of Nov and is an absolute joy. I BF until she was 5 months old and was relying on Motilium for my supply after having lots of supply issues do to illness. In the end i was still having probs so switched over to FF. At the time it was a real struggle and as much as i wanted to BF until she weaned i am at peace with my decision. So far she is going really well though still not crawling. We have a running joke that she is can do it she's just lazy. I was getting a bit worried but my mum has assured me i never crawled and just got up and walked at 14months and hey i turned out ok ;) She is a very good night time sleeper though our day sleeps can be another issue. I also have a 2.5yo DD who just loves to play mini mummy which is lovely but at the same time can be a little frustrating.
Well i cant wait to get to know you all.
Hoody
Hi Hoody, sure you can join us. we can have our quiet times too but there are a few regulars.. me for instance hehe :) BB junkie here!!
Im over when the 'right' time is for babies to do anything.. i dont think theres such thing. Ash was the last to crawl out of 12 babies in my mothers group yet the second one to stand on his own.. so each to there own i say.
Heya Hoody! Now we can be March buddies AND Nov buddies (altho I'm not really in March buddies much. hehe. Kayla was due in Dec but was prem, so I've still hung out with the lovely december ladies :) Our kids are almost exactly the same age apart :) Tallon was March 10, and Kayla was Nov 5.
Thanks for the warm welcome Buzzie and Liz :D I am a BB junkie too but really did start to get fed up of talking to myself in the Nov thread. It was only a really small group to start with though in the last 2 weeks only been 2 of us posting. Its funny as i see this is thread #20 already for you lot and we were still on #4. I havent read much from this thread though as i figured i'd be here all day so i will just keep tabs on you all from now on lol.
Liz i do pop in the March thread quite a bit but dont post very often. Its very slow also and I think cos i joined so late i dont really know anyone and their history iykwim it can make it difficult to join in. How do you find the age gap between your 2? I have my moments but i'm sure thats just because DD1 is a handful and HAS to be involved in everything Molly does. Even down to the fact that DD1 has been TT'd for months but if she see's Molly having her bum changed she wants a nappy, if Molly is been fed by me - she wants feeding by me. I often get up to her in tho cot with Molly trying to change/dress her etc. She even broke her collar bone at 5 months trying to "mother" her. My battle at the moment is her wanting to try and carry her around *sigh* maybe its a girl thing as all my friends with 2 have boys 1st and dont seem to have these issues.
Well i hope you are all well. I best be off to do some house work b4 Molly wakes up.
Hi all,
Hoody- Welcome :) I love the name Molly.
Lauren- Just for curiousity were those nice cuddles you were getting off Ash or Rob?? ;)
Liz- I missed your post about the hot air balloon, just read it then. Very romantic but there is no freaking way you would get me up in one of those things!!
Trish- How very sad about your friend's son. That would be my worst nightmare. Glad your mum is ok. And that ticker pic is just gorgeous :)
The hypnotist guy was seriously the most amazing thing I have ever seen. We had a great time. If any of you get the chance to see him, I'd highly recomend it. It was hysterical- one of dh's freinds ran around for 20 minutes in the interval looking for her pet leprachuan. And it definitley wasn't fake- we had two friends get hypnotised and the one looking for the leprechaun was waaaay under- she's normally pretty self concious.
Lori - that made me laugh about dh friend! i would love to see that LOL - yes mummy got cuddles with daddy too lol
After spending the whole last week with him smsing me everyday and ringing me on his way home from work for a chat, i think he is pretty geniune, and the pash goodbye after the show yesterday, sealed the deal for me!! LOL
My brother and his gf who came with us to the show said they really saw he was trying and was very cute him looking after Ash, making sure he had his hat on in the sun etc.... We are going out to dinner friday night so that will be nice, you know its kinda funny after 9 yrs and you can still get silly tingly, high school girl, feelings in your stomach over someone..
Were pretty much talking ourselves out of QLD now. mum really wants to focus on her business and saw how happy i was with rob and really wants a nice family happening. not to mention i found a nice 3-4yo kinda i would love ash to go to, and its right next door to mums shop!!! so i think shell try to convince her hubby for some more time here.
hope everyone is well, we have a big photo shoot with the bubs from mothers group tomorrow for mums business, all the kids are gonna play with her toys and a professional photographer will take pics for her shop. will be fun  hehe
Lori thanks for the comment on Molly's name. We had soo much trouble picking one and TBH i wasnt that keen on it at first but now i love it and wonder why i never called DD1 Molly mind you then what would i have named molly. lol.
Well poor Molly is teething really badly. So far she only has the bottom 2 but the top 4 look like they are going to break through soon they are so close to the surface. Her cheeks are bright red, she has a low grade temp of 38 and diarhoea (sp?) which is causing nappy rash. Poor lil devil is miserable. I'm hoping it passes quickly. She woke up at 4am this morning for a feed which is very unlike her. Generally overnight she does really well so i am not used to getting up. I had a hectic start today as i had a job interview at 9.30am in the city (i live approx 40kms out) it took over an hr to get there with the traffic so i'm glad i'd left at 8. I tell ya though i cant believe how organised i was i had managed to shower, incl washing blowdrying and straightening my hair, got myself made up and had both kids dressed and fed for 7.30. Prob not a big deal to those who do it on a daily basis but i was proud of myself we are lucky to be at that point by 9am most mornings. The job is PT just 2 days a week and TBH i am really hoping i get although i will have to do 6wks full time training which will be tough with the girls. Esp if i have to start soon as DH is off to Vietnam on Sun for a 2wk holiday. Well anyway i guess now i just have to wait and see to hear from them.
Well hope all mums and bubs are well and healthy.
Sorry quick me me post
HAPPY 9 MONTHS ASHIE BUG!!!!
hope everyone has a good day :D
Hi all
Been a heck of a long time since I have posted here...Life has been so hetic and I really don't know what to type half the time....
Olivia is now trying to crawl on all fours but the hard tiles put her off a bit so she scuries long instead...She has 3 meals a day and wont drink anything but Booby...:( Going to be fun when the weather starts to get into the high 30 and 40's.... Meant to be 32 tomorrow here sigh.
Well a few weeks back olivia had a accident with a hot cuppa tea (mummys fault completely forgotten how fast she can move in a spilt second) she has a nice scar on both forearms one is the size of a 20c piece the other is about 2cm long...Have healed nicely but non the less I feel like a moron.... I didnt want to own up to it on here hence the delay in telling you all about it....
Still no teeth....she has found squealing though and that at times is very painful on hte ears...Still not sleeping through the night....
Welcome to the group hoody....Love the name molly tooo reminds me of a Country Practice....
Ok i promise to check in more often
Cya for now
Oh teena ouchies... if it makes you feel any better thinking your a silly mummy, when i was 18 months old my whole family was having a party at my grandparents house and there was one of those massive silver urn things u boil water in for ppl to make coffees etc.. and someone just made one and sat it next to the urn ontop of a teatowel, of course curious little lauren wanted to see what was in the cup and i pulled the teatowel and at the time was wearing a jumpsuit, well it fell on my fore arm also and in the panic of everyone my dad pulled my suit off, and with him he took all the skin off my arm - sorry gross here - and i will leave the rest out, but i was was rushed to hospital and was in bandage for 3 months. i still have the scar today, althought ALOT better than it used to be as my arm grew bigger but a sad reminder of how quick little fingers are. I NEVER let ash go in the kitchen without me checking the bench first.
Hope Olivia is ok. Its a horrible thing for bubbies and mummies to go thru.
Teena- You are not a moron mummy  I know the feeling all to well though. When Molly was 5 months old DD2 rolled her over and broke her collar bone i felt so bad at the hospital having to explain that i was too busy not watching etc. Accidents happen and as nasty as it is to have your DD get burnt i'm sure you both learnt a little something iykwim.
Congrats on 9months Buzzie it sure does fly fast huh i cant believe its only 6-7 wks til Mollys 1. What happened to my baby?? Just noticed you are going to the wiggles :) me too but i'm only taking DD1.
hi Girls :) and bubs.. Welcome hoody :)
Will do personals tomorrow or the next day lol..
home from camping. had a Brilliant time. Didn't want to come home.. Olivia was excellent (and turned 10 months on Saturday) She went for her first proper swim and actually liked it even though the water was quite cold..
Anyways hope everyone is well.. I will try catch up soon.. Isaac is 5 tomorrow wow where did the time go!!!!
Hello to all Mums and bubs, our little one Kieren finally cut his first front teeth last week, but everyone in our house has had the flu. It`s amazing what the bigger kids bring home from school.....bugs,bugs,bugs!!!!
Trish ,sorry to hear about your mum, hope she is well soon, your little girl is beautiful. I really feel for your friend, hope she has support around her,it`s devastating to loose a child at any age,our son passed away from a brain heamorage, but he had a genectic disorder,we just had his 4th year of his passing last week, you never get over these traumatic things.
Hoody,Hi how are you going? Hows the girls?
Buzzie, you told me to try the Nurofen, instead of the Panadol,THANK s, I really think it works much better, our little mate has driven us nuts with his teething, but at least, once the meds kicked in he got some sleep.Still not crawling much,Kieren prefers to roll around everywhere,we laugh and call him lazy bones,he giggles at us now.
Hope everyone is well, and bubs are good, take care, off to make school lunches now!

Hi Everyone
Got back from the coast today and wish we were still there. The beach was wonderful and Monique loved the water and sand although she rubbed sand all over her face and in her eyes when I had to do a poo nappy change but it worked out ok in the end.
Have done a quick read but will get back later. Welcome aboard Hoody and Mummy Melz.
Had to post to let you know that Monique crawled on Sunday night which was very exciting. She is sooo cute when she crawls. Now that we are home I really need to baby proof the house as we are busting out and have stuff everywhere.
Buzzie, we are off to the Wiggles concert in December and can't remember if I told you that I got You Make Me Feel Like Dancing DVD and also got Dorothy Dinosaur Memory Book DVD which is pretty good too.
Nearly midnight, best be off to sleep.
