Lauren: I hope things go smoothly with Robs parents.. Have you had much to do with them? Sorry I can't remember from previous posts.. are they nice enough people?

Lori: Toddler beds are great.. I never wanted one as I thought they were a waste of money but we got one for Jacob due to lack of space and I just loved it.. not long packed it away actually and Jacob is now in a big big bed.. Am thinking of moving Livi to one at 18 months..

had a pretty stinky night. Olivia woke up just as I was dropping off to sleep *sigh* then I attempted to get her to go back to bed in her own bed but alas wasn't to be.. she ended up in bed with us.. Makes us sleep bad when she is in our bed.. but not to worry.. one bad night is ok

Was going to go for a walk this morning but Isaac is having one of his dizzy days.. He tried his new medication the other day but he spent half an hour over the toilet because it made him so nauseous. yesterday when he got the dizzies he said please mummy don't give me that yucky medicine again so its back to the Drs for something else I think.. oh and yes it worked.. it stopped the onset of the headache almost instantly but he got dizzy again 4 hours later fell asleep and woke up feeling great..

oh and the medicine is so expensive.. not that it bothers me cus if it helps I will pay anything. Its $24.30 for 2 doses and Simon accidently wasted a dose eek lol.. and there are only 2 doses in a box..

Hiya susan. Jacob has a headcold but it is Isaac who gets migraines and needs medication for it. He seems all good today so yay

I am feeling like a terrible mum right now.. The boys went outside in the shade this morning and I had left the sunscream in the car so thought they should be alright in the shade.. Then this afternoon once again out the back in the shade they went out with a friend.. then they wanted to go out the front so I said yeh and was out there watching them.. I didn't even think of the time.. it was 2:30. they have come in now after playing with the hose and water guns and both are sunburnt I feel so bad.. I just thought they would be ok. Its not the first time though unfortunatly but the first time at this time of the day iykwim?

Lauren: Any phone calls or messages yet?

    Hi everyone,

I am feeling a little out of the loop as I haven't posted for a couple of days.

Lauren - This anxious waiting for the call might be the worst thing that comes from the whold letter thing, fingers crossed for you

Kts64 - Olivia had all the needles at once (both arms and one leg), she was completley fine about having them, only cried for a minute and was then over it. About 10 days afterwards she got a bit of a cold (they said she might), but that was all.

Nic - Poor Isaac. Migraines are definately not nice, I can't imagine having them so young.

Trish - I've heard of the amber necklaces but don't know anyone who has tried them.

Susan - Luckily it is not that hot here. I am not a fan of the really hot weather, today (30 degrees) was enough for me.

Lori - Yippee Ty! Olivia took her first few wobbly steps in the last few days too, although I am not sure they count as they are very little and quick, but is is still very exciting!

Bekz - I hope your scan went well today.

Not much to report here. We tood Olivia to the beach this afternoon and she seemed to enjoy herself for awhile but soon got tired and grumpy (we didn't go at the best time for her ) She has 8 teeth at the moment but she is definately starting to feel the molars moving around as she is constantly chewing her fingers and hand now.

A friend babysat for us last night and we went to see The Curious Case of Bejamin Button - OMG I cried for 45 minutes! If you are planning on seeing it, take tissues.

Hope the sleep fairy visits you all tonight

Hello Nic,I hope Isaac willbe ok,hun.I suffer from Migranes too,& have to lay in a dark room, but they can last a couple of days.I use Mersondol tablets from the chemist, but i don`t think kids can take them. Hope things get better for your son.
Your not a bad Mum either, the same thing has happened too us,we only have a little bit of shade in our yard,& no matter how much you make the kids stay under the tree`s they always end up pink, thankfully never bad sunburn though. I don`t know about you,but I?m so SICK of our kids asking to go out & play in the bloody heat of the day...Sigh..... now i call them dumb asses!!!! Bad mum ay!!!!!

Well today`s temperature in Sydney was 39 deg, & tomorrow is going to be 41 deg,

Lauren- Don`t ya jusy hate it when you loose a post,i get peeded off,i don`t seem to have much patients the last few days, bring on the rain.

I?m going to have a cold shower & try to get some sleep...... See Ya!
