can I just say UGH. the lady across the road asked me yesterday how Olivia was sleeping. big mistake.. She slept terrible last night.. tossing and turning till 10 hen she woke up properly and was awake tillnearly 2am.. Ugh Ug Ugh.. Simon thinks because I didn't get out of bed till 8 then i must have got a good 6 hours sleep *sigh* the boys woke me at 6, 6:15, 6:30 :lol: oh well.. I will just never acknowledge her sleep again
on another note.. Olivia appears to like Santa. Santa did his rounds in the firetruck late yesterday and she seemed very interested in him..
Anyways I have to finish my coffee get dressed and then we are going out

Well, we had a really busy weekend, 4 different parties to go to. Jake managed to injur himself 3 times in 2 days (I feel like such a bad mum) :( First he got a black eye when he fell into a bench at swimming, second he jammed his fingers in a draw and thirdly tripped over trying to walk outside which resulted in a blood nose!! I really felt awful but everyone tells me that this is totally normal for little ones starting to walk...

Jake's also sleeping a lot better too (have I just jinxed myself!) We're only having one wake up per night, he has a quick feed and straight back down again, in his own cot...yea!! Hope Miss Olivia is behaving for you as well Nic, and all the other bubs too lol

Susan- Hope you guys have a marvellous time :) We're heading down to Sussex this weekend for the night and a big family chrissie do. Got a train toybox for Ty, with a book caddy on one end and a magnet board on the other- he loves it (and I caved and bought him just one more chrissie pressie- an iggle piggle doll).
Janine- Don't mention the 's' word to Nic ;) Glad you are getting some good stuff though. I got a full uninterupted 5 hours here last night- midnight to 5am. Wooooooot!! I feel really good today. Sound like it's all systems go for the party :)

Off to our last swimming lesson for the term.... i shouldn't do anymore shopping, but there are just a few more things I want for Xmas- a copy of 'The Mighty Toddler' is first on my list.
We have so much leftover food from Ty's party, I have been full for 4 days now and just can't look at it anymore :sick:

We had Monique's party on the weekend too with our families and it went really well. We had to have it in our 2br apartment so we were cosy but enough space for everyone. Monique was spoilt present wise and got loads of dresses so I will have to put her in them when it warms up again. We forgot to tell everyone on Saturday that we were expecting but I told my family at the xmas lunch we had on Sunday. They are very excited.
Bek - I had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks the first time too and I know exactly how you feel because I was very anxious around that time as well. My ms had disappeared around that time too but I am almost 12 weeks and have my scan on Friday so I am excited but nervous. I know it is easier said than done but try not to worry.
adkins - I had to write myself a few lists for Monique's party and Christmas lunch which helped a lot. Lucky you with Jake's sleeping. I wish Monique would only wake once and in her own cot!
Hoody - so glad the girls are better.
MoM - have a wonderful holiday. How far down are you going? We will be in Tuross from Sunday.
Buzzie - glad the car was fixed and you had a good time at the Wiggles.
I went to visit my friend and 4 day old baby girl yesterday and she is so little (3kg)! She was so lovely to cuddle and Monique wanted to touch and talk to her. I burst into tears when I saw her - crazy pregnancy hormones! :lol:
Monique has her 12 month immunisations today so I'm expecting to burst into tears as well as Monique :rolleyes:
I have had 2 losses at the 10 week mark.. It certainly makes that first Tri worrying.. I organised scans for 8 and 11 weeks for my own reassurance.. It certainly helps if you are able to get that scan.. :hug::
Thankyou mirani and michelle for Ashs present. He ripped it open all by himself and was very excited, been reading the books all arvo!! :D Hes now watching wiggles hugging them LOL

Well its been a VERY interesting couple days. I have moved out of home, well technically.
Mum and hubby split again and we moved out and im living with her still but it was all done in one day and i did most of it on my own besides the large furniture. But mum was a mess and didnt cope too well. thankgod i had someone with me to have ash for the day or i wouldnt of done a 1/4 of what i did!! im sooo exhausted tho. been doing car runs today as i couldnt get all Ashs stuff in yesterday. :asleep:

Well I think its safe to say I officially have a walker. Rarely crawls now.. and I think she is gaining heaps of weight. Will reweigh her after Xmas on the CHN scales..

Ladies- OMG i feel so outa touch. Our Comp is still NOT right :brickwall: so over it but DH is bringing home new anti virus stuff tonight so fingers crossed we can get it back on track. I cant use FB or my hotmail acc and if i click a link from a search engine such as google i get sent on a wild goose chase. I can only use site that i know the correct web addy for but still i'm trying to limit my net time until its all fixed iykwim.
Well Both my girls are back to normal thankgoodness. At least they got sick b4 Xmas i guess. Molly has been driving me mental today pulling herself up on everything but been very clumsy iykwim so lots of bumped heads.

Nic - they do slow down when they start walking dont they! Jake could crawl as fast as I walked, now he doesn't get as far as he rarely crawls too, unless he's been naughty and trying to run away!

Happy Birthday to my gorgeous girl. I can't believe how fast this year has gone. We had a good day today. Went to a 3rd birthday party and then picked up daddy and did a spot of shopping and then home. She slept for 2 hours this afternoon because she had maybe 30 minutes this morning and was so tired after being at The Fun Factory party.
Buzzie - I hope you and your mum have settled and that you are all ok.

We had a shocker trying to get Monique to sleep last night but I drank a big glass of coke to finish off the bottle from the weekend and totally forgot that it would go through to the breastmilk so I think that could be why she was bouncing around. I had a tummy ache from it too. Big mistake.

Just a quickie from me. I had the scan this morning and there is a baby in there! Was so relieved to see a little baby lying around. He/She was being so good and the operator lady (I always forget their title) got really good measurements. We got a crap photo though but I got to see bubs for ages so that was wonderful. They had their little hand resting on their face and kicked around a bit.
Glad Jake had a great day.
We are off to the coast on Sunday so if I don't get to pop in, have a wonderful Christmas everyone.

Lori: I go slightly mental :lol: but nah I just sort the washing to what I need to take and what I don't then pack what I need then put the rest away.. for eg.. 8 days away with full access to laudnry seeing as I am at mums I have 4-5 outfits and 3 pairs jammies each.. swimmers. hats., shoes.. pillows.. no toys. Well we took thier scooters this time and a couple things for Livi but with them getting a bunch of pressies next week we figured they didn't need it..
Anyways i am suffering from the heat up here.. can I ust say FUDGE.. its so hot.. I brought my portable Ac with me but its in the bedroom.. the humidity just about killed us today and OMG busy shops/. I don't think i could cope with going to a bigger city at Xmas how do you guys get your shopping done without going insane??
Anyhoo.. feet sore.. hot lol.. kids in bed.. jacob still awake cus when simon, Livia and me went shopping the boys stayed home with mum and Jacob slept neary 3 hours.. *sigh* but he is almost asleep now.. Off to BB and FB then bed for me
