Oooh I forgot to say that the necklace looks great :-) Even though I am not usually a silver jewellry person I absolutely love it and have worn it every day since Christmas. The woman said that in some littlies the actual fingerprints are hard to see until after they are 1, but you can clearly see Olivia's print so it is extra special.

Bekz - this pics are just gorgeous!! i cant believe you have a beautiful baby belly already! i never popped until close to 5 months ish.
If you want a ticker, just go to one one the sites, eg lilypie.com or bump-and-beyond.com etc and create one, then it gives you a code, (theres usually about 3 different sorts) copy the BBCode - on lillipie i know its the middle one. And paste it into your signature. itll come up itself then

Bek - a pink bundle - wow! Will you check again at the next scan? Your girls look so grown up now and are very cute.

Hoody - I should probably get to a pool when it is hot so Monique can have a splash around.

Nic - excellent on winning that great package. The photo is very cute.

Buzzie - it's funny because I didn't have much of a tummy the first time around at this stage but this time my tummy is huge (although maybe not as big as Bek's). My stomach muscles probably never got a chance to get strong again so it's all popping out

Alicia - the necklace sounds gorgeous. What a wonderful idea.

I cut Monique's fringe yesterday. So funny. It was getting so long but wispy and it got the better of me so took her off to the bathroom and cut it. Problem was that she was very interested in the scissors and I cut one side a little shorter than anticipated I have uploaded some before and after pics in the gallery.

OMG Monique climbs onto the couch like a pro now which is a worry.

Tinsel: I am sometimes tempted to cut Olivias fringe but I know it would end up a mess so I leave it alone When I eventually get up the guts to do it I will take her for her first haircut. I was just hoping to leave it a bit longer.. I can't bear to cut her hair lol..

Olivia climbs too.. so scary.. I haven't ever had a climber before..

Well its raining here now.. Kids were driving me mental so thought I would go for a ride.. 2 flat tyres and a serious dark looking cloud made me change my mind.. Lucky I did.. lol..

    Hi Girls!

No work today so I’ve got a bit of time to have a skim through the posts lol. I swear one of these days I’m gonna get caught but bb is so darn addictive!

Alicia – Where did you get the necklace from? I’ve never heard of them but they sound like an absolutely gorgeous idea!

Nic – bummer about the modem but I’m glad you’ve got the problem solved, even if you had to get a new one! The pic of Olivia is gorgeous! Woohoo on winning the comp, lucky duck.

Bekz – wow another pink one! Cool! Just had a look at your pics, your belly’s so cute! Love the scan pics too.

Hoody – glad to hear you got a little relief from the heat with the swimming. It’s supposed to be heating up here too next week so I’ll be setting up Jake’s pool again!

Tinsel – I’m too scared to cut Jake’s hair too, it’s getting really wispy at the back so it’s gonna need to be done. DH said he’d do it so I might just take him up on that.

Well it’s a lovely day here today so after Jake wakes up we might go play outside for a while… I’m thinking of maybe taking him to a play caf? this afternoon… does anyone go to those and is there much for a 1yr old to do there?

    Have a great day!

Nic - thats sooo cute! she does look very grown up. Is the pic u sent on your FB? i rememebr seeing a pic like u said and though it was very professional looking! just gorgeous!

Adkins - i take ash all the time, although cos hes so little i dont get to sit down and have a coffee i have to watch him as the one i go to is for all ages and some of the toys are too dangerous to climb.
Some places have gates on areas for the little ones which i think would be fine!

I trim Ashs fringe now too, he looks SO cute!! very grown up!

WELL i finally have some answers to Ashs tummy problem, just came back from the specialist.. omg ... i feel so horrible... (she was absolutely lovey) very proud of me for still breastfeeding and says to keep going for at least one more year, being the first year ash is in care and will prob get sick alot. So she helped me not stress with that part, but as for his tummy, theres 2 things that could be the problem if not both of them...he is not getting enough iron and needs ALOT more meat, the iron makes his gut work and its just not doing anything for him at the moment. so he will prob need iron supplements to get him up to speed, but he needs to have a blood test next week first. Then theres his ear infection i didnt know about, which he could of had for a long time since hes one really bad cold a few months ago that it build up the fliud and possibly it hasnt drained which would explain when he doesnt like to lie down for long and feeds so often - the sucking relieves the pressure. So hes on panadol and antibiotics for that and he going for a hearing test to get a better look.

I have to keep a diary over the next 2 weeks to see how he goes... if nothing changes, we're on to something else....hmmmmmmm

Well one more step forward hopefully! Oh and we weighed him, almost 14kg with a head circumference 51cm hehehehe

Buzzie- OMG 14kg you must have some great booby milk lol. My DD1 who is 3 in march is only 12kg and Molly is still 9.5kg. Mind you both my girls are very petite. Glad you got some answers at the drs and hopefully Ash will be all better in a wk or so.

Adkins- Hope you have a nice day. There is a lovely indoor play centre near me that we go to alot in winter (i live in perth so not much help to you) It has fenced off sections for 0-2yo's, 2-4yos and then a big one for the bigger kids. My girls love it but i would never go school holidays as i know it gets packed.

Aussienic- That 1st hair cut is so daunting isnt it. I never cut DD1s fringe and dont think i'll do molly's i just let it grow out so then it all fits up. Mind you my DD1 has curls and it looks like Molly will def follow in her footsteps.

    Tinsel- Your pics are gorgeous

    Have a great day everyone

How funny that you have been chatting about haircuts today, because I thought 'I must post about cutting Olivia's hair' My mum was here yesterday and she said I should really take Livi for a haircut. I admit her fringe is getting in her eyes but I just can't seem to make myself cut it, it will make her too grownup iykwim

Bekz - I think I forgot to say Congratulations!!!!! The funky scan pictures are great aren't they, you can see so much detail.

Lauren - At least you have a place to start now with Ashers tummy. I hope it is easy to fix.

Adkins - I think there are a few different companies that make the necklaces. Not sure where you live, but if you google 'fingerprint jewellry' something will come up in your area. It really is something lovely to keep, I'm glad we had it done.\

Nic - Olivia is looking very grown up. Sometimes now when my Olivia looks at me I get a flash of what she will look like at 13 or something iykwim.

Well I had a lovely couple of hours today. DH watched Olivia and I went shopping and had a facial - I feel like a new woman!

Lauren - OMG 14kg! Wow Ash is a big boy, Jake's not even 9kg yet! Atleast you got some answers now and can do something about it.

Alicia - I'm in Adelaide and have googled it but nothing comes up for SA that I've found so far oh well I'll keep trying

I ended up taking Jake to the play centre today and whilst the littlies area was quite small he had a blast and didn't want to go! Definitely be going back or maybe try a bigger one next time.

Take care everyone, off to cook dinner now
