Well I have booked Miss J into the creche at the gym for an hour twice a week so I HAVE to go now!! I made sure I got days when my friend is working there which makes me more comfortable.

A small woohoo - Miss J put herself to sleep in her bassinette twice today!! Yep - she self settled. She was sucking her thumb within an inch of its life but she did it. I am so proud of her
