We have a basic routine but its "very" flexible. He doesn't sleep for long periods during the day, and doesn't really self settle much either but at the moment we feed every 3 hours ish depends, i don't wake him though if he goes longer but usually he wakes anyway.

He gets a boob feed at around 5:30ish pm give or take an hour and then another at around 8:30ish and then at around 9:30pm i have been going to bed and hubby gives him a formula feed at about 10pm and wraps him up finishes some more bottle and he usually crashes by 10:30pm - 11pm and then *most* of the time he sleeps through till about 4:30am which is great, i then give him a change and a boob feed and put him back down again by about 5:30 and he will sleep for and hour or two just depends and then the next day begins
