bun - well, the policy at work is that if the job can be done PT they will allow it. but because there's a freeze on new headcount and extending contractors, they cant/wont hire someone to cover my other days. mums have always been allowed to work part-time. it's only because this whole economic crisis that they are hv decided to freeze new headcount.
my bad luck...
im hoping to negotiate something better once i get back into work... sigh.. it's so unfair
