Hi everyone - haven't been around much lately, been a busy girl. Sam is doing well, had his ECHC apt today & he is now 5kg, almost double his birth weight. Yay!!!
We don't have a routine. I just demand feed but a routine is slowly starting to emerge, we still have bad nights around twice per week but he is starting to sleep longer and at night time which is great!!! He is having his first immunisations next week - not looking forward to that because I know he is going to scream. Our main issue at the moment is nasal mucous - he hates boogies and doesn't sleep well if there is a stubborn one in there he can't sneeze out. The saline nose drops help but the boogs still give him grief.
We got our professional photographer shots back earlier in the week - sooo happy with them. He looks so cute, my walls are going to be covered in Sam pics & I am going to be broke.
DH and I have just sold our house and are preparing to move - I found my +hpt's in my bedside drawer. Is it weird I don't want to throw them away? Has anyone else kept theirs? I took a photo of them and put them in my pregnancy scrap book but I still can't get rid of them. I think because I did so many - ones and the + ones I'd got before these ones ended in m/c and throwing them away previously was always associated with immense sadness and or frustration.
Anyway - looks like he's settled. Cross fingers the cluster feeding is now over (every 2 hours since 4pm) and now he's ready for his longer sleep - at least 4 - 5 hours would be lovely!!! We'll see.
