Steph I am glad you are enjoying Mothers Group. Yes I must admit the interaction with the other mums is for sure the appealing factor of the group. We are finished now and are going to try and meet up at a local playgroup on Monday mornings now.

I hope your ultra sound gives you an answer to your bleeding. It sounds like a bit of a worry. You must be starting to get tired loosing so much blood for so long. Have you started your job at Gloria Jeans yet? How is that going? What is a Mirena?

    Hey girls

Sorry I've been MIA for a bit, just had a week of being a lil stressed, but feeling a lot better now! Thanks to Rob, he got me these tablets from the chemist to help with stress and mild anxiety, so been on them nearly a week and feeling the effects of them!

Harley is going so well, starting to make a sleeping pattern at night although last night was a bit different. Normally his last feed is between 5 and 6.30pm and he is normally down for the night by 7pm. He then wakes between 2 and 3am and then after that feed is down till 6.30 or 7am...Last night though, he didn't have his last feed till 7.45pm and was down by 8.30pm and woke at 3am and has been awake since 6.30am and is about to have his first morning feed, didn't think he needed a feed that soon! Like him to go at least 3.5 to 4 hours between feeds during the day and he seems to be sticking to 5 feeds! Cat naps a bit during the day until his 4th feed when he seems to go down for a couple of hours sleep until he has that last feed and bath etc at night.
He is 10 weeks tomorrow!! How fast has that gone!! I weighed him this morning on our scales and came up with 5.6kg...so hopefully thats a good weight, he sure is pretty happy and growing well.

Hopefully will have a call soon from the local day care center with a spot for Charlotte. They called me the other week to make sure I was still keen on a spot! So that will be good! Just to have one days break where I can clean and spend a bit of time with Harley I think it will be excellent for Charlotte as well. I've worked out shes about 5months behind, although don't like to say shes behind, shes just showing signs of learning and saying words that an average 2 year old would be saying and shes now nearly 2.6... So day care can only help her improve more, and I guess I should enjoy the way she is now cos one day I don't think I'll keep her quiet hehehe!!!

Hope u girls are all well and same with ur bubbas, loving the pics I've seen on facebook, we all have such beautiful children and are very blessed!!

Oh loving my new avatar as well

I better get moving, the lil man is starting to get a bit upset...take care girls

    Hey chicks!! I'm back!!!

Wondered why I wasn't getting any emails on this thread - there's a new one!

Painting is done, have to get some touch ups, but Riley has tonsilitis AGAIN so put that off to next week.

Sorry to KIM as I have stuffed you around 2 weeks running on our catch up!! Riley has discovered how to spit out his meds. He was doing really well since I took him to GP on Sunday taking them, but since he won't take them, he's up half the night again. Judd is sleeping through now, but Riley is still giving us grief. Might be best to try an afternoon visit when he's better, that way I can give him a morning sleep and not worry about him getting over tired. Will keep you posted I promise!

Judd has a belly button hernia, and needs this looked at on Friday. But it's just a precaution, I've heard they just leave them and they shrink as bubs grows and is normally fixed by the age of 3 - 5 yrs. I'm going to ask the specialist about Riley and his tonsils and see what he thinks. I know they won't take them out yet, but I want to see what his thoughts are on his snoring etc as well.

Got some pain stop into him tonight, so hoping that will knock him out enough!

AFM - AF finally came on Sunday. Quite happy with it actually, not too heavy after day 2 and no pain at all. Was a bit worried after having tubes tied it might not be right as some women can be really effected by the op, but so far so good. Right boob still leaking though .

On the depression, Amanda, I agree, I think that you've had fantastic support. I wish I had that when I had Patrick, mine might have been picked up a lot quicker. KIM sorry to hear you're not feeling the best. I hope that you get on top of it, and if you ever need to talk, please call me as I have suffered the same things and might be able to understand a bit of where you are coming from. You never know.

Oh, and I've nearly lost all of my baby weight and Judd's not even 3 months! Yay, this has helped my depression too - exercise that is, and losing weight always makes us ladies happy!!

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back on! The ultrasound came back normal so my GP says to give the mirena a few more months and see if it settles down else I'll have to change to something else. Larissa rolled over for the first time yesterday! So exciting!!! We had her weighed last week and she's now in the 50th percentile, only put on 300g since we had her weighed last month but the doctor said thats good enough growth not to worry!

Not very much has been going on - I have the whooping cough and cervical cancer vaccines on weds and my arms are so sore now, its so difficult to find a comfy position to sleep in!

Amanda, you said a while ago about popping over one day, you're always welcome! Don't feel like you need to do it urgently though as hopefully we'll be staying here for a while now!

    Hope you're all ok! x

    Hi All

Hope everyone had a great weekend! We have been busy house hunting... so over it!! Don't think I have mentioned it before, but we have been looking for about 4 months now.

DF has gone to Sydney for work (just left a couple of hours ago). He will be back tomorrow night, so just a short vist. H is snug in bed (and has been sleeping 8hrs plus for the past week or so - woooo hoooo). So I am enjoying a nice quiet night to myself

H has just started to hold his head up when he is on his tummy, it's soooo cute. He has also found his voice and has been doing the cutest little squeals of joy. OMG I am totally smitten!!

loving the pics I've seen on facebook, we all have such beautiful children and are very blessed!!
I second that Deb. What a bunch of cuties!!!

What is everyone doing workwise? Going back to work? SAHM? Undecided? DF and I have decided that I will be a SAHM for a few years because we want to TTC again in a year or two (and we are lucky enough to be in a position to afford it). So I probably wont go back to work until H starts school. I am seriously thinking of studying part time though, just have to decide what I want to study ??!!
