Thanks Kell I found Jayden asleep in my doorway at 6.30am not sure how long he was there for. I'm going to look for a gate today, just don't want to spend $80 on one...might look at the wooden ones.

Thats a great idea...I'll fill it out later, right now I have to save a sleeping baby from a pesty toddler!

    Morning all,

Tasia - So glad that the christening went so well. I know how you feel I was the same when I christened my nephew. There is so much that you have to do for a Greek Orthodox christening. Can't wait to see your photos.

Tannis - Mothers group is great I'm enjoying it very much and believe that I will make some good friends out of it. The kids are so cute too, Isabel will have lots of friends. I really do hope that your FIL is okay, hopefully they caught the stroke early and it was just a mild one.

Zee - Woohoo on your shopping spree hun, I now just buy for Isabel as I still have some weight that I want to lose before even thinking about buying clothes for me. I do have a goal though need to loose 5kgs by Christmas for a friends wedding.

Kell - Thanks for the list below hun I have filled it out, its a great idea! I'm so glad Keira is doing so well on the AR formula, so is Isabel it's great she is much happier on it.

Well nothing much to report from me, Isabel is doing well, she is feeding well and sleeping well, except not as long as I would like her to. Some days she is great others not but that's to be expected I guess.

I better go and resettle her she is crying. BBL

what a great idea i cant waite to read everyones details.

Zee- go the shopping i haven't been on a shopping spree in years antuatlly i got some winter bargins (for next year) a few weeks ago about 10 items for $50 does that count.
oh and kell sorry but there is no point you even buying a lotto ticket as i plan to win ant time now.

mel- what did i miss why did you change your name again.

Tannis- how is your FIL today. i'm sorry you all are having such a bad time and i'll be thinking of you.

Anastasia - i have been a hairdresser for 13 years and there is not much you can do with cradle cap. i would put olive oil on it overnight and wash it off in the morning and than brush it with a soft baby brush or pick it off. to wash it i would use one of 2 products 1/ Delorenzo Tricho shampoo its for problem scalps but just the one with the purple writing (its for ultra sensitive skin too) or 2/ there is a pruduct called eco kid. they make shampoo for babies & kids they have one that is got lots of natural oils and is great for cradle cap.
i would avoid most moisturisers all together, cradle cap isn't dry skin its skin that doesn't flake off and builds up, the moisturisers can create bacteria so than it turns into scabs, but the oil will soften it so you can pick it off. he should just grow out of it but it can take months or even years.

    Feeb- for dh being home.

well better go use the treadmill while isaac has fallen aseep watching sesame street.

BBL to those i missed will chat to everyone soon.

Yesterday FIL couldn't talk or move his arms properly and had temp etc, today MIL said he is almost back to normal! He couldn't remember who everyone(family) was yesterday either and I think he is ok today. Not sure whats wrong still but he is still in hospital, MIL is taking advantage and buying a new dishwasher and might get quotes on renovating the bathroom (both FIL doesn't want to do).

I have had the worst shopping experience with 2 kids today! Jayden is just SOOOO naughty! He kept running away and laughed when I finally found him then cried and wouldn't stop when I put him in the pram. Then I took him to the supermarket and when I had just put the trolley back I had Ashlea in my arms and literally dragging him behind me cause he didn't want to go back to the car! I was so angry at him. I had more things to do but we just came home...thank god he fell asleep in the car. Ashlea was good as usual!

    Name: Ashlea Skye (Ashee)
    Age: 8wks
    Weight: 4.78kgs (at 6wks 5days)
    Height: approx 57cm (today)
    Head Circumference: 36.8cm (at 6wks 5days)
    Feeding: Breastfeeding
    How Often: every 3-4 hours
How Much: 15-20 mins per feed
    Other Medication: None
Day Sleeps: Either cat naps all day approx half hr 1.5hrs over the whole day or sleeps all day
Night Sleep: approx 9.30pm-7am (sometimes 6.30am) dream feed (or slightly awake) @ 12-1am
Settles: self-settles in bassinette, cuddles with mummy and/or dummy
Awake Periods: Awake for 1.5-2hrs between 1st and 2nd feed....sometimes stays awake between later feeds approx 3hrs
    Size Clothes: 0000-000
    Size Nappies: Newborn
Favourite Toy: Hanging pram toy with a lion, cow & cat on it and pram toy with Pooh, Tigger & Eeyore
Other stuff: Refused breast on and off for approx 6wks, all going perfect now. Loves her big brother, loves TV already, lots of coos and smiles & gets compliments wherever we go.

Could be mild ischemic attack (mini stroke - less permanent aftermath).

Will update the list tomorrow after Alyssa's 8 week weigh in! =)

I hope so SW, but I just got a txt from MIL saying he isn't good again...I guess we just have to wait for the test results. Apparently he was like this when they were down the sunny coast and seems to be worse late arve and through the night.

I better jump in the shower before my 2 wake up....just did 25mins and 7kms on the bike, I haven't done anything all weekend and not much last week so I have to go harder this week, my aim is to get up to 10kms

I'll have to update my list when Ashlea gets her 8wk check up on Friday @ 12.40pm (thats more to remind me what time LOL).

Night Sleep: Sleeps through from about 9:30pm -10pm till 7am-8am(sometimes even 9am).
Settles: Self settles most of the time, other times just cuddles with or without a dummy.
Awake Periods: Awake sometimes the whole time between feeds, other times an hour to an 1 1/2hrs. He likes to sleep all morning but be awake alot after lunch and in the evenings.
    Size Clothes: 000
    Size Nappies: Infant
Favourite Toy: Winnie the pooh floor gym, the toy that hangs in the pram too.
Other stuff:He's a very calm, peaceful baby, like his brother was, but more so. Wakes up smiling and sometimes making his little talking noises. He loves to watch his big brother and smiles constantly at him. Also loves having a bath or shower and hardly even cries when he gets out.

Kell - Great idea with the info! It also reminded me I need to get the bubbablue weighed this week.

Tasia - Great to hear the christening went well. I hope you got some fantastic pictures. I would have been so nervous too. I'm really shy. Lol.

Tan - I hope your FIL is alright. Fingers crossed for you. Sorry to hear Jayden was like that when you were out. DS1 likes to run and hide then thinks it's hilarious when I get angry. DS2 is always the good one when we go out too. lol.

Mez - I'm glad Izzy is feeding and sleeping better. Yeah, some days are kinda bad, but then some days are really good here too, and then you're so thankful when they finally sleep on the bad days.

Kristy - Which one of your little boys is older and by how much? Wow, your little men are already almost 13wks. How's DS1 going with being a big brother?

Zee - Hope you're feeling better. I bet if I went on a shopping spree I wouldn't find anything I'd like.. It's always the way, when you can, you can't find anything you like. Which one is related to you on DWTS? (not that I watch it, I'm just a nosey b!tch. )

Feeb - YAY your DH is home. I hope he lets you have a sleep in and some time for you.

Geez, the weekends go by so fast. They're here and gone before you know it.
We're slowly moving things over to our new house. We're waiting for the kitchen to be made and put in before we can actually move completely.
YAY! I finally put the cot up though. I was soooooo excited and I love it to pieces already and he hasn't even slept in it or anything.

Not much else going on with us. Just the same ol' stuff.

Hi, waves and to Pixie, Bear, Mel, Missy, SW and everyone else.

I'll update Haydies info when I get him weighed later in the week too.
    Sorry it's a long post.
    xoxo

Thats nothing compaired to my normal posts Tenny LOL I don't know how everyone has such short posts....I talk too much hehe. YAY for putting the cot up! Mine is still up from when Jayden had it but if I had of pulled it down it still wouldn't be up now, Ashlea's room is no where near complete yet! I did get her the Gossemar Cot set (Kidsline)...its a start. OH re losing posts...I usually type them up in word or notepad first then cut & paste then if something happens to the site least you still have it up in word.

Rach: Ash like Ready, Steady, Cook but she mostly watches Nick Jnr channel because of Jayden, Dora and Diego are both their favourites ATM.

Ashlea is still asleep and Jayden is up so I better go entertain him....any ideas how I can make him listen to me? He is impossible ATM! I hate yelling at him but that seems to be all I do lately not that it helps!

Tannis.. oh hun Its so hard when theyre little sh*ts when youre out hey! I know how you feel. Jesse does it alot when we're out. He always throws things when he doesnt get his way and it can be embarrassing when whatever he throws hits someone! Maybe he didnt get much sleep last night sleeping on the floor? Maybe put him in a grumpy mood, so made it all a little worse. Hmm no real pointers.. Jesse is the same. Though actually he is *at the moment* getting better. I recently put him on vitamins due to his terrible diet and he's been so much better behaved. Maybe just coincidence? But i guess when he has his tanties i just say, "come on, calm down" in a calm voice. Otherwise if i say no then he does something i just go over to him and say Mummy said no. He then usually chucks a tanty and i just ignore it. But hun i think its just the age. You are doing a great job hun. It is so hard looking after 2 kids hey. Least our little princesses are being good for us. Im sure things will get better... eventually . Oh i hope youre FIL is getting better.

Tenny.. yay for putting up the cot!

Belle.. good to hear youre getting better. I hope Tara doesnt get it too bad.

Kristy.. haha.. well we'll see.. if i win, ill hire you a nanny and we're going on a shopping spree!

Mez.. thats great Izzy is going so well. Makes you enjoy her alot more hey. The AR formula works wonders when theyre like that

Lol re the tv shows. Keira seems to like Yo Gabba Gabba. Maybe shes reincarnated from the 70's!

Keira's new cot arrived today!! We decided to buy a new one that converts to a toddler bed so she gets more use out of it.. but because Jesse wont be out of his cot in time (we were given his from my sister). She is starting to get too small for her cradle and wont sleep in it during the day as she moves around too much. So DH has put it up! It looks soooo cool! Im going out to get a mattress tomorrow arvo and will put her in there tomorrow night most probably!

Oh and im loving reading everyone's lists! Its great to see where everyone is at and compare notes iykwim!

Gee girls I think I have a small clingy baby compared to all of you!!! shes still in newborn! I guess she was only 3kgs when born. Do most of your bubs sleep through the night now? I have tried feeding Tara at 10pm but it doesnt work.

Kell - hope you feel better - did you have the flu I had cause I had diareoa with that flu and vomiting was not good.

I have been sick since Monday arvo (well felt off)..spent from 2am onwards this morning with my head in the toilet i hate being sick. DH stayed home today so he could look after the kiddies, luckily I had a few bottles of EBM in the fridge so he could feed Lucas. Finally got outta bed bout 4pmish so I could shower..had to sit in the shower as I felt so weak. Feeling OK now but wont count my chickens before they hatch. Gunna go watch tv in bed..

Kell: Did the boys have a playdate still? We had one today too with a friends DD(2.5yo) and DS(1yo)...The kids had fun but they got sick of each other by the end of the day as they were both tired! Gotta remember those vitamins tomorrow, will write it on my list tonight. What a beautiful smiling for the camera DD you have! Wish Ash would smile for the camera. The outfit is gorgeous.

Mel: That sounds good, kids would rather be outside (I'd rather Jayden outside running). I'll still have to find out where Chris is going but a park is a great idea. You'd be right with 2 kids wouldn't you....DH is more than welcome, just might be boring for him (obviously I'm not used to DH/P being interested in what I do LOL). Woohoo for Mehkelti's sleep, she'll sleep through soon. Hope Aricyn is ok for DC tomorrow.

Mez: Hope Izzy sleeps better tonight for you!

Feeb: Ashlea was 3800g at birth she dropped to 3260g by day 8 and 5300g yesterday but that was clothed so say 4900/5000g, I can be more accurate on Friday. Majority feeds have been BF but she has had quite a few FF & EBM in 6wks (last 2 wks has just been BF). Glad you are feeling better, the LC I saw with J was concerned with his little gains but said a gain is a gain and with BF babies it as long as they are not losing weight (she was really supportive)

    Tasia: The pics are great!

Sal: GL with your OB tomorrow...poor effort he didn't see you in hospital! PMSL @ Maddie latching on to DH! I would have love to have seen that!

Zee: Hope you get better soon (or it doesn't come back)

J didn't have a sleep today so he has gone to bed easily tonight before 7.30pm and no gate on his door (still buying one tomorrow). A also went to sleep at about 6.45pm when J and I were eating dinner, so I am free from human life until A wakes around 9 or 10pm or if Chris gets home 1st.

FIL has pnuemonia(sp)....so not sure if its a good thing or bad thing at his age, I'm not sure how bad it is either. I've had it twice but I was also 50yrs younger when I had it last.

Well I'm off to have a shower, clean up after dinner and relax, not often I can do it at this time of night!

Zee - I hope you feel better soon hon...

    Kel - gorgeous pic!!

Sal - love that!! haha!! classic!! I haven't had my check up either if that makes you feel better...lol

OH MEL!!! I am so jealous! I wish Chris would think its unfair that i have them all week and its his turn to take over! Sounds great if he can entertain the boys though! My SIL said the pool area at the resort we are staying at is really good for their age group too....i think there is a playground there. I will check it out and let you know though.

    Helloooooooo to all....

Cleaning day here today - woohoo - ooh think miss M is just about to wake up... needs another feed I think (think I fed her at 6.15am... I can't remember... too early... hadn't had coffee yet)

DS went to daycare today - his nose cleared right up with having that Dimetapp and he stopped rubbing at his ear so the fluid must of gone.. woohoo!!!!!

Ahh well.. better get the vac out..
