I believe so. It's just linseed meal (same thing - more commonly sold here as linseed than flax). Can also use LSA which I've seen in a few supermarkets. I think the hard bit is brewers yeast, although some supermarkets have it in the home brew section. Health shops should have it all.

Just a got home from the health centre, have to get changed then of to Ballarat for a 21st.
Maddi put on another 595grams and everything is well. She still has the nappy rash though so Im going to have to cave in and buy some sposies until it clears up.

Had a busy day today, went to mother's group which was pretty good, had lunch with the Bear, came home, did dishes and washing and fed DD and now I am researching self-managed super funds so the excitement never ends!

Hi, I thought I would come and in and finally introduce myself. I might pop in everynow and then.
Jonah was born on the 30th July, 6 weeks early. The trouble began when I was 32 weeks PG when I started to have premature contractions, these were ceased with medication in hopsital. Changes had began on my cervix, so I was kept in hopsital. When I was checked a few days later, I had started to dialate and The baby;s head was down. I was warned that my membranes could ruptute and advised to say in hospital. 1 week later my waters broke, I was monitored for infection before being induced at 34 weeks. Jonah was born after a 5 hour labour, weighing 2.4 kg. Today he is a hefty 4.1kg. He had no breathing problems, but was not mature enough to suck. 1 week later I was discharged home, Jonah came home one week after i did. He is generally a good baby.

hi all just quick.
sorry i have missed so much so i will take the time to read posts before i do personals.
Ike has had a terrible few days. as you know he got conjunctivitus on wednesday, that wasn't too bad it was cleared within 24 hours but now he has an ear infection high temps, sore joints snotty nose and chesty cough. my poor baby is falling apart. he has spent most of the day crying; we went to our Dr and she gave him a really good check over and some antibiotics to have for the next 10 days.
its so hard when they are pleading with you in tears and there is nothing you can do for them, he just looks at me like he doesn't understand why i won't just make it stop. here is hopeing he sleeps thru the night.
on the up the twins have been sleeping from 10pm till 4am for the past few nights.
welcome charlottemy boys were 5+4 weeks early too. its scary with them in NICU. which hospital was Jonah in?
I hpoe you will enjoy our little group everyone here is so friendly and if i do say so myself the best Baby buddies group on BB.

Kristy - poor little Ike - sounds terrible! Really hope he gets better soon, and manages to get to sleep ok. Yay for the twins having a good long sleep at night!

We got Haydie weighed and all that jazz today.
His birth weight was 3.89kgs. He now weighs 5.9kgs.
His length at birth was 51cm. He's now 59.5cm long.
His head at birth was 36cm. His head is now 41.5cm.
Everything is going well with him. He's getting more and more sooky with me though. DP gets a bit upset by it, which is understandable but I don't know what to do about it.
So Elijah was sick in the middle of the night last night. Threw up all over his bed, my poor little chicken. He was fine this morning. I'm not sure what is was.
I've been sick today though. I felt ok before, but I'm feeling yuck again. I hope I wake up better tomorrow. I've got stuff to do. Lol.
Not that much else going on with us. Quite boring really.

OMG I had no internet last night or today and I didn't know what to do with myself....So I went shopping LOL...not so fun with the 2 kids though!
Ash had her check up today, all went great except the MW said she had gained 320g in 2 weeks (which is good but not great...so she said) but while J was playing in the park at the hossy I calculated it myself and she has gained 430g in 2wks so I feel heaps better...this will be the 1st 2 wks of her life that she hasn't had a bottle(EBM or FF) at all, so I am very proud of myself. The LC we were seeing even came to see me when we got there to say how proud she was!
SO Ashee's stats are now
Birth Weight: 3800g Today: 5210g (75th%)
Birth Length: 52.5cm Today: 56.2cm (not 59cm that they got the other day)(50th%)
Birth HC:33.5cm Today:38cm (25th%)
Tenny: The MW said today that 8wks they are at the peak of crying so that could be why Hayden is sookie lately, Chris couldn't handle it with Jayden but Ash hardly cries at all except for yesterday she had a hard time settling herself in the pram without the dummy(left it in the car) when we were at Target...other than that she rarely cries.
I had a great day yesterday, I was out of the house by 8.15am, bought a gate, muslin wraps, tried on and bought clothes for myself and a tshirt for A all by 9.30am, SIL met me there and took J (FDC) I did the food shopping, fed A in the car & dropped food home by 11am, met the girl who was in my ward (her DD was born the same day) for lunch @11.30am then went and got my hair done (OMG it is soooo different!!) @1.10pm....it was a really busy day but a great one! Until I got home and nothing was done, I don't usually expect Chris to do it when he has been working but it wouldn't have killed him to put the groceries away or empty the dishwasher...ahh well what can you do!!
Sorry no more personals.....sorry it was pretty much all about me! I still have to pack for the weekend, we are leaving for the Sunshine Coast at 6am (that will be interesting!)
Mel: I'm not sure what time I can meet up apparently we can't get in the resort until 2pm...I'll txt you throughout the day and let you know, it will be definitely after 1pm. Does A have a sleep? I'm not sure how J will go I'm hoping he doesn't sleep but then he might be cranky if he doesn't....I'll keep in contact anyway.....YAY I can't wait to meet you guys!! I'm so excited!!!

I did something radical for me today, I took Julia for her haircut (bob cut) and I got most my hair chopped off! radical for me! I got a concave bob, shorter at back and going long down to the front of my face, does that make sense? bit to short for my liking at the moment, when it looks better will take a pic for you all!
Last time was the first time Tara slept from 10pm to 5.30am! wow I say! hope she decides again to do it tonight and from now on! I looked up in my Gina Ford book to see and they say from 6-8 weeks onwards sometimes they decide to sleep through but its not as usual with BF babies, so we will see.
Tania - how is Jayden ans Ashlea? Have a good weekend, I always argue with DH too when leaving for holidays etc... you take care ok and drive safe.
SW - Hows Alyssa? I love PPatch clothes, Julia's wardrobe is mostly pumpkin patch and bonds lol... hope you are well. Thanks for the milk cookie tip! will look into it for sure!
Pixie - yay on mothers group! mine started last week but couldnt make it! they dont let you take toddlers! DOH! hopefully I can fine someone to mind Julia next Tuesday! I still keep in touch with about 4 girls from Julia's mothers group its great.

Heylooooo ladies!!
Just had Jesse's birthday party. Was a great day!! Just family (which is huge as it is for our tiny house!) but Jesse has the absolute best day with his cousins! They played so well outside together. Great weather. All the food turned out perfect, so was extra happy with that!

Tannis.. well done with the feeding and the weight gain for A! oh hun i totally hear you!!! Yesterday i was making Jesse's cake. DH had the day off. His job was to tidy the back yard and clean our outdoor furnature. Our back yard is tiny so not much for him to do. It gets to 5.30pm and im like, are you going to the the back yard?? (he'd been playing games most of the day!).. oh yeh ill do it in 5 minutes. 6pm comes around.. im like cmon.. jesse hasnt even had his dinner yet and he goes to bed at 7pm. So he did it in the dark! Ehh what is it with lazy men!! Jesse got to bed at 8.30pm after all that. What would they do with out us!

Belle - I'm doing really well hun, Isabel is also well growing by the day. I want to see your new hair cut too post a pic for us. Yay on Tara sleeping through the night for you I really do hope she does it for you again. Isabel has yet to do that for us but I'm not complaining she slept from 6:30pm to midnight last night.
Kell - Love Jesse's b'day cake, sounds like it was a great success today. Oh and he looks gorgeous in his new Diego shirt.

We've have decided to put Isabel in her cot in her room tonight for the first time. I'm a little uneasy about it cause it will be the first time without her in our room. She seems okay at the moment we'll see how we go the rest of the night. Not much else going on today, we pretty much had a spring clean of our wardrobe and have managed to get rid of 3 big garbage bags of clothes...

Mez.. oh im sure Izzy will come around sometime and settle for your DH. Jesse was similar. But at times where he was just frustraiting the hell outta me i just gave him to DH and he dealt with him lol. Thanks hun.
Well i am so happy to announce.. Jesse slept through last night for the first time in about 6-7 weeks!!!!!! Since he had his gastro!!! DH went out last night to his mate's birthday.. usually DH puts Jesse to bed so i was unsure how he would go with me putting him to bed but he wasnt too bad. Cried a few times but i just went in and laid him down. Then he probably slept from 8pmish until 7am this morning.. and so did Keira!! WOOOO! So i got a great night sleep!!!
Keira has been in her cot now for the past 3 nights. Seems to be going great guns in there. Even put her in there during the day yesterday and she slept for a few hours.. prior she never would sleep in her cradle during the day.
Well, DH is at work today.. for how long depends on how hot it will be.. looks like its gonna be a stinker though!
So just a lazy day for us. As i was saying to DH.. the good thing about having people over is you clean the house top to bottom.. so i have no house work to do now! well.. for a few days
