    Yeh i think the only reason they suggest using formula at first is because thats what they are most use to. Makes them able to palet the new flavours and textures easier if they have formula. I dont think they will get dependant on forumula on food.. depends how you use it. Its really just a substitute for when youd normally use cows on your own foods like cereal and mash. But doesnt mean you have to do it that way, just suggestions. Broccoli holds alot of moisture still too. I would just over cook it until its nearly falling apart and then blend it in a blender until almost puree. Add a little water from the water you cook it in if you need to. Same with all other vegies.

    Kel - I can't BELIEVE he is actually eating... I've changed my way of thinking and I think its working... so far so good anyway - he even ate some pizza last night (which isn't the healthiest, but it had pineapple on it.. lol)

    kel- oh ok, when can we not add formula, if i decide to ad potatoes in with the formula, when can i not add in formula with the potatoes sorry about all the questions.

    Anastasia - I think I started adding cows milk to Aricyn's breakfast when he was about 8 or 9 months old.
