Kell - Oh sticky buns yummo! Yes I keep in touch with Jess she and Georgia are doing really well, just don't really have time to get on line much.

Pixie - I hope little Beth is better for you today, I know they can be quite unsettled when they have their needles.

Am loving the weather today! Its all dark, rainy and over cast! My favourite type of weather. Hope its like this tomorrow too!!
Have made our cinnamon sticky buns and theyre in the fridge waiting for me to put them in the oven tomorrow morning.. oh they will smell so good first thing in the morning. Whats everyone else been baking?
Missy.. aww how nice is that of Mel and how cute is Callum. Its all so exciting hey! Being Jesse's now into presents (still doesnt get the whole Christmas concept yet though) it is going to be such an exciting christmas for us too.

Hayden's first tooth is through the gums!
I'm so excited.
I had to get DP to check for me just in case I was thinking it was through but it wasn't really, like yesterday.
Elijah has this fat lip too. My poor boy fell over outside and his teeth must have gone through his lip a bit. There was loads of blood and I was freaking out. I'm glad DP was around to take charge. I'm hopeless and can't handle seeing other peoples blood, especially my kids. I seem to always think the worst too. Once it stopped bleeding it's not really very bad.

Miss M has been a bit of a grumble bum today - didn't want to drink any of her bottles - could be cos she is a bit constipated - some prune juice and 4 crappy nappies later...
Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow, however you celebrate it - if you celebrate xmas as such (ie all of you) or don't celebrate xmas (ie .. me)

Mel: I can understand you wanting to be there with the kids, I'm a bit the same although Jayden is with family more often than Ashlea. Your boss is awesome!! I love Malibu! Oh Woohoo, didn't see you say you'd shout me a drink! I'll get some pineapple juice to go with it LOL
Kristy: How are you? OMG I know what its like staying up til 2am (sometimes later!) Its the only time i have to myself! Thats horrible of your FIL! How far away is he? Not easy travelling with 3 young kids at all!

Kell: Mmm sticky buns sound good! Thats nice IL's are coming in the morning, my SIL is coming over too as she is single/no kids so she doesn't want to be on her own in the morning before we go to another SILs house. No baking going on here.
We had some horrible news today (heard it on our local news). Our "Zoo" has only a few animals in it including wallabies, ducks, chickens, turkies and 1 emu....its not much but Jayden LOVES it especially the Emu. Well the poor emu was killed last night by little F****** S***heads that have nothing better to do! The 30yr old emu was stabbed multiple times! Jayden will be devestated!!
Anyway on a lighter note.....
ITS OUR BABIES 1st CHRISTMAS!!! I can't wait for the morning!!!

Mel - actually today is the date of an ancient Babylonian festival celebrating the son of Isis - it wasn't until 350 AD that Pope Julius I decided that the celebration of Christ's birth would be moved from September to align with the old pagan festivals - Saturnalia, Yule (birth of the pagan sun god - Mithras) , Winter Solstice - but it was the Babylonian festival that determined the date of the 25th of December.

Miss M has a belly bug I think.. just filled her nappy with bright yellow stuff - gross - so DH said its probably better if we just keep her fluids up with water since she isn't drinking any of her milk anyway... grrr to belly bugs!!!
