    Hi ladies

Hope you have had a nice sunday

We had a lovely day, my mum, sister, her partner, there 2 children, myself and ethan went on a picnic at a 20th anniversary celebration for the minature steam trains, the kids had a ball and loved the train rides, i took ethan on once but he had to go with mum after that as i felt really crampy and uncomfortable as it was pretty squashed up. It would have been nice if it was sunnier but at least it wasnt cold.

Im very proud of ethan as he can now drink through a straw we have been trying for a few weeks and he hated the straw in his mouth but today i tried and he just drank it like he has done it forever. Its great too because i got him a magmag cup set and he kept pushing the spout inside so we had to put it away now he carried it everywhere with him sipping away through the straw

Well im off to have some more tea im hungry tonight and im just going to relax and watch tv or something. Nite nite all.

    Hello ladies and babies

    Hope you are all well..
I Have been meaing to ask for ages now... what words are the wonderfull bubbas are now saying????
Bayleigh trys sooooo hard to repeat everything we say to him he watches our mouths and then makes the shapes our mouths make to make certain sounds (did that make sense) He is coming out with new words all the time.. He is now saying Mum, Dad, Bubba, Bot Bot (Bottle) Dum (dummy) Dog, Lo (chloe),Doggy, Woof, Car, Der this (there it is), Eddy (teddy) Gone, Mine, Nup, Yeah, Me, Mas (thomas) Up (cup and up) Gool (School) ithink that is about it LOL I cant get over how much he talks, Chloe never spoke like he does When she was his age due to ear problems so its all new to me...

We are all moved THANK GOD took us a week to move everything thank god we only moved 400m up the road LOL we did all the main things 10 days ago and then just did a load every night when Chris finished work... I handed the keys in yesterday and the rental manager was there today doing the final inspection when i went to put the bin out to be emptied..
I think the last fortnight is finally catching up with me My back is now the soreest its ever been in my life.. not just from lifting furniture but every day i have been out in the garden trying to clean it up so we can get the bob cat in and start clearing all the plants and crap so we can start building the kids playground....
We had a bee keeper in last weeked coz we have a outside laundry and its only standing due to a HUGE bee hive in 2 of the walls we didnt reallywant to kill them so we rang a bee keeper and he came and spent 3 days here trying to get them into a few boxes he ripped open one part of the wall and he thinks there was close to a million bees just in that small section and he said there would have been 3X that amount on the other side... We didnt go anywhere near it coz the bees just went feral so we stayed in side for 2 days basically But they are all gone now so we can pull down the old laundry and start building my new laundry that will be ATTACHED to the house LOL I have soooo many things i want to do LOL and i want to do them nowwwwwww but there are other things that nee to be done first and a few of the things i want to do i dont think an acre will be enough land LOL Mite have to buy a few more acres Chris Parents have next door LOL..

Oh and i have lost another 5 kilos in the last 10 days WAAHOO so now i have lost 21KG since May still have another 15 i want to lose but i WILL get there.
    Well enough about me LOL

Girls those muffins sound yummy i mite have to have a baking day next week and properly try out my BRAND new oven Its Huge 80cm i think chris' dad said anyway its big i could bake 50 muffins at once LOL That could mean trouble LOL

    Well hope everyone is great
Better go Chloe has friend staying the night and i can still hear them talking so better tell them to close their eyes and mouths and go to sleep LOL

    Nite ladies

    Hi everyone

I have been a little slack- sorry. Only got a quick minute but hopefully I will have the energy tonight to catch up a bit more.

Congratulations Nicky - so happy to hear you had a great day!

Autie has been sick with a chest infection and keeps us up all night with coughing so we have been a little tired lately. Seemed to turn a corner last night though so yippee.
We took her to Seaworld the other week with my brother and his family and she had so much fun watching all the animals - sat with eyes glued through the whole sea lion show, and loved the starfish in the touch pool. Most fun was being able to run around along the paths with her cousin and not have to hold mum or dad's hand LOL We have annual passes so we can go back whenever we want to wear the kids out and it will be good in summer with the pools.

We finally have half a seventh tooth. A few half words that only I can decipher usually (pee-please, dee-drink, bee-biscuit, beh-bed etc.) but her comprehension is good so I'm not worried. Her dancing style has changed to a half jump, stamp and spin around which is great to watch for a laugh. At the shops yesterday, she stopped at each doorway to dance to the music from inside.

Gotta go, sorry all about us. Hope you are all happy and full of the joys of spring Catch up more later

    Hey everyone!

AHHHHHH!! I am getting so frustrated with Avaleigh going through all the kitchen cupboards and drawers!!! She only started doing it this week and it is soooooooooo annoying. I have to go out this morning and buy those baby stopper thingy bobs!!

I've had 4 hours sleep today so i have to try and dont get so angry with Avaleigh but its pretty hard not to with her pulling EVERYTHING out of the cupbards!! She has all the toys in the world but sher would rather play with my coffee cups!

I hope everyone is well. Ihave not have time to pop in and read (not that there is much to read!) We are good here. Working hard for our dream of building a home in a years time.

Gotta go and stop this baby before she pulls any more out!!

Oh V - I feel tired just reading about your 4 hours sleep, let alone actually living through it! At least it is all for a good reason though. We have a baby who loves cupboards and draws here too. I am so envious of people who can block off their kitchens with a child gate - we have open plan kitchen, dining, lounge so it's a no go. We have child locks on everything, and things that DH can't bear to stick a child lock on, like a antique chest that he restored, we have whopping great big rubber bands holding the doors shut. Classy ! I have one draw in the kitchen that is not locked, which I have filled with plastic utensils, containers, a tea towel etc and that is "Tom's draw". He spends ages just playing around with it, trying to fit the lids on to the containers and banging the utensils around. Whatever makes him happy I guess!

Hi Sacha! Your trip to Seaworld sounds like so much fun. I cant wait until T is walking independently. He is just too scared after his fall. We went on a huge walk yesterday - 25mins and he walked the whole way but still has to hold onto my finger. It is just the tip so it isn't even for support, just moral-support I guess. Hope your little dancing girl is feeling ok!

Sarah - Tom is clearly saying the usual - Mum, Dad, Nan, Hello and Hi, Bye, up, down, out. He also clearly says Arm, and Ouch (loudly in inapprioate places like the supermarket so it sounds like I am bashing him) and he definiately calls me Emma, which is strange because most people call me Em. I think it started because he was making a sound like Em, and we would laugh and say Emma not Em. Now I am like It's mum, not Emma! He also says shoe, Elmo, Abby (the cat), dog and ball but not very clearly. He also says Da instead of Ta, so he sounds like a little German boy.

Opps he is awake. It has been one of those days today.. so I better go see what devilish things he is going to get up to! Hi to everyone else. Before I go - has anyone been watching the series on ABC "Life at one" and "Life at 3"? It is really interesting.

Hi Girls, I have been quite slack and have only just caught up on the last thread... Life has just been too busy and once I get onto BellyBelly it is very hard for me to get off and I spend a good couple of hours on here
All our bubbas are SOOOOOOOO big!!!
And with them getting bigger comes problems
My DS is almost 15 months and has just started HITTING!!! Its terrible he hits the dogs, his 6 month old nephew and even me! I don't know why he does it, he doesn't seem angry or upset, he just walks up to them and slaps them! It sucks and I feel like I am constantly saying "stop" "no" and "gently" If I say "gently" one more time I am going to SCREAM
So is anyone else doing this? Is it a phase.... please tell me its a phase and I havn't raised a brat!
I hope everyone is great and all your beautiful little toddlers are being good
    Take care
    xox

    HI everyone!

We are still alive...just so busy! DH is building our house so we never see him and i never seem to get a spare minute to jump on here! Last week babysat my two nephews for a few days so that was very hectic! Lucas is going great but the CLIMBING oh my god the climbing! Everything, anything! He is so cute but so busy!! He only says a few things, mummy (constantly!), dad, nana, grandpa, ball, ta ta (his favourite!) car and most frequently "MORE"!!! I booked him into swimming this term so very excited about that! We are settling in ok at mum and dads but i am feeling a bit of pressure as DH is so busy working and building that i am trying to look after Lucas plus help with cooking/cleaning etc and not let Lucas get in their hair too much! I had a bit of a meltdown the other day but i will survive!!

    Congrats Nicky on your marriage!

    Hope everyone is great!
