Hi Megan, does that book mean 3 hrs of sleep total or 3 hrs at a time? Either way Alessia feeds usually 3hrly during the day and then will sleep 9 hrs overnight. What I've heard is that good sleep breeds good sleep. If Lucas wants to sleep, let him *hugs* I guess all babies are different (as is advice!) but I'm a big believer in following my bubs cues and if that means I pick her up when she's awoken, have a little cuddle til she falls asleep again, then so be it
