Fran - it means three hours sleep in total. Lucas doesn't do much more than that anyway. I have also heard sleep promotes sleep....it definately promotes happier babies anyway! I agree with just following thier cues. Sometimes i think i get too bogged down with what MHN, books, so called experts etc say rather than just following my gut. P.S Lucas was going to be Georgia if he was a girl!!
