I left Evan today for a few hours with DH and missed a feed - the first feed I've ever ever missed! I had to go out unexpectedly, so left DH with some EBM. But Evan wasn't interested in the EBM (he's never had it before and wouldn't take it from a bottle or sippy cup) but he had a great 2 hour sleep this afternoon and ate all his solid meal so he was fine! i gave him a BF when i got home. I'm feeling really good now and more confident that i could leave him for a few hours now to do something more fun (i had to go today because my mum decided to have her 7yr old dog put to sleep after biting someone - has a history of aggression, but has been a companion and best friend for my mum since divorce so was a hard decision and i think she made it mainly with Evan in mind).
