I have to say it helps that I generally only do them for members i feel connected to The recipe wasn't all that hard... the trickiest bit was assembling it... spreading the lemon curd was very tricky. The recipe has now been loaded onto the Masterchef site. Although i think the way they have written it could have been clearer
