Nickers - thanks for the compliment. I was off to a wedding in that pic. Otherwise i live in a tracksuit , no make up and a pony tail ! ... Is there a GP you can get urself off to? I suppose it doesnt help that its a sunday. Trying to think of something you could eat ... hmm but nothing comes to mind. Drink lots of water though!... Back in my stupid days i used to drink this laxative tea ( so i could lose weight quicker ) so i know how painful the cramps are Hope you get better real soon! Keep us updated
