I am going to try the recipe to increase milk supply because I am finding that by the evening there seems to be not as much milk.

I have my first mother and baby group thing tomorrow which hopefully wll be good, I am looking forward to meeting some other mums etc.
Had a lovely lazy day today, the weather was absolutley terrible so it made it really easy to spend the day in my Pj's.

Anyway better go and sort out the dishes, Dh just cooked a really nice dinner, and I am now baking a cake.
