I need to have a vent, I'm having a problem with one of my friends. She was at the birth of Cody and all was good until the end of June, beginning of July when her and her DH started to have problems. I've tried to be as supportive as possible but with a new born and 3 very active boys I can't always have a good chat to her. Just recently I've felt that she has been pulling away from me and I talked to her about how I was feeling and she responded by saying that I'm insecure and alot of other hurtful stuff. I just don't feel as close to her as I once did, I feel used like she only wanted to be a support person for me so she could see a birth which she said she always wanted to see. She got the first pics with my son and I didn't which I'm a bit hurt by as I've always had the first pics with my boys on my chest and I can't ever get this back. I don't know what to do, I'm frustrated with the situation and her attitude.
On a happy note DH and I have DTD on Friday night and I must say it was quite good.

Hi everyone. Nathan gets his needles tomorrow. Poor little thing. I can't believe it's been almost 2 months since I gave birth. Makes me a little sad that time is slipping so fast.Went for another walk today on the treadmill, only did 30 mins as Melissa and Nathan were both cracking up and DD1 rang as she forgot her lunch so I had to pile the 2 littlies into the car (after I had settled them both, grrrr) to take her her lunch which she had left on her bed. Silly girl, then when I got there she was no where to be seen, I sat there for a while with Nathan cracking up and waited and waited. I was about to park and get them both out and go look for her when she finally came running out to the car, she had to go to the loo, I was quite annoyed, but got over it quickly.
Came home and put them to bed and had a little lie down myself on he lounge and watched last nights neigbours, Idol, and Greys Anatomy ( which I forgot to add to the Questionaire). We have one of those Hard Drive DVD recorder things. Another toy that I love. So I have to put some things onto disc for DH, all his fav TV shows he's missing this week since he's in Brissy playing golf. I should go and start dinner and put another load on, I'm a little behind and I just don't feel like doing it. But no one else will. lol. I should have slept instead of watching TV.
Have any of you breast feeding mums tried the activite recipe. I swear it works, I have definately boostered my supply. Not that I have a low supply, I just think you can never have enough on tap. The excess is great I have put a few more bags in the freezer.

We still communicate via email very occasionly but we used to be inseperable. Nic the reason see got first pics is because of the amount of clots and blood I was losing, they were poking and prodding me and DH was holding my hands as the OB was sticking her hand up my bits to see if I had torn inside or my cervix was lacerated. So I was more then a little upset.
Lol Nickers, Betsy booby ROFL, now why didn't I think of that, lol. I got the recipe from a thread in Breastfeeding/bottlefeeding forum.
It is 1 litre of milk skim, 1 cup of skim milk powder, and 1 cup of activite.
I actually used full cream milk and milk powder as it was all I had.
This really worked for me. And it tastes yummy. I have three glasses a day.

I am going to try the recipe to increase milk supply because I am finding that by the evening there seems to be not as much milk.

I love having the babies sleep with me when Rowen is away but at times feel I need my space to get a good nights sleep.Those nights they are in the cot together. When he gets home they are in the cot for the first night as we usually cant have them in with us (if ya catch my drift!!!)But after that they usually sleep with us. Rowen likes to have them really close to him. We did have Mia in with us a lot too and she is a brilliant sleeper. I think at about 6 months I will be putting them in the cot in their own room. Until then they are continuing as they are. Anyway I am off to bath the babies and put them to bed.
