Thanks so much everyone for the warm welcome! I think all mothers think their own baby is cute, I remember thinking at the hospital when DD#1 was born that she was the cutest in the entire nursery ... but I'm sure all the other mothers were thinking the same thing eheheh. With DD#2 .. I never saw any other babies because I wasnt in long enough.

Charlyfrog: Christmas is comming so fast isn't it! Have you got any ideas on what your going to buy you little one? I'm wondering if Kenzie will be sitting up by then ... I'm not sure on what to get.. but it sure is fun looking.

Starfish: I just checked out Diana's website and she is just beautiful ... so small! Diana at 6 weeks was how big Mackenzie was when born! What size is Diana now? Kenzie is wearing 00 ... she is a really long bubba. I worked in a child care baby room for a year leading up to giving birth and one of the babies there was exclusivly breastfed and pooed only once/week .. sometimes fortnight.. but when she did poo .. look out! Unlike my DD she poos atleast 3 times a day! Lucky me! Mackenize went through the grumps and dribbles as well about 3 months old.... it took about 2-3weeks to subside now she is pretty much a happy little girl (as long as she is with me) .. however if you are worried take her for your piece of mind. Has she got a temp?

Teepee2: My DD#1 is now 11 years old and is just wonderful! She just adores her little sister .. she has wanted one for sooo long.. it took us a long time to concieve and we also had a mc. Mikayla's birth photos are lovely! She is very cute! I love the photos of the birth .. I wish I had taken more.. at the time all I was concerned about was getting home, I hated being in hospital. I would love to have a home birth but am too nervous about things going wrong. The professional pics just adorable who did them?

Sleep: I co sleep with Mackenzie from about 3am .. otherwise she just wont go back to sleep, however lately she wont go to sleep in her basinette to start with . I let her fall asleep in my arms and them when I put her in the cot she wakes up! Cheeky girl! I also try to sleep when she sleep during the day if we have had a bad night.

Tummy Time: Mackenzie hated tummy time from the beginning .. and once she learnt to roll over 6th Sept (about 3 months old) she was ok with it. I started by just giving her 30 seconds at a time and then gradually increased it. I also used to get on the floor with her and make eye contact and talk to her .. she loved that. I also used to put her on my tummy for tummy time with a pillow behind my head - my widwife said that counts as tummy time too! Last night we read a book while on our tummies and that was fun. I wouldn't worry, she is still really tiny and all babies develop at different rates - in her photos on the website she looks like a happy and healthy loved little girl.

Sarah: Thanks for the warm welcome! I search high and low for that playgym and everywhere I went they were sold out.. I am glad I waited. The jumperoo thing looks grea aswell but I'm tossing up between an exersaucer with the activitys around it .. not sure what to buy fir Christmas yet. When I clicked to look at your little ones photo it prompted me for a username and password?

You girls are lucky your little ones take dummies .. I have tried and tried and TRIED with Mackenzie and she either gaggs or spits it out so I have to feed her to sleep every time .. its exhausting .. so any tips to help her take one would be great.

Nice to meet you all! Long post!
