oh Hollo, the pain sounds absolutely horrible, I really feel for you, makes me feel bad for complaining about the pain I've had cause urs sounds sooo much worse! mum was telling me when she had me and she tore she left the hospital after a week and still couldnt walk properly, hopefully the healing really happens soon for u! have you got ice packs and ural on the go?? also, something my doula told me to do...use a hair dryer to help dry down there after u go to the toilet! it actually helps!

Susanna fed well at lunch time and no upchuck during it either..I expressed a little bit manually before I offered her the breast so that probably helped a bit!! I had some lovely one on one time with her this morning whislt she was awake too, got to dance around the house with her singing some of the old classic 60 songs to her hehe! was a real boost to my spirit thats for sure
