Kristale...I don't think your email is offensive. I think it's pretty reasonable to give someone as much notice as possible if they can't make it. You are good for baking!!! Our MG we just put out some choccie biccies and some fruit and some sweet treats from the bakery. But there is only 5 of us in ours.
