    Hi All,

Well, I might be the first to post on this new thread......
Just wanted to say first to Abb and NaNa that I'm sorry for your losses.

I know I should do personals, but I just can't concentrate enough and especially with the new thread I can't cheat and flick down to reread...sorry.

Someone asked about my cancer friend...well she had her surgery on her foot on Monday. It all went well, they are hopefull they got it all, but yeah it will take another few days til they get the results.

Well I've had a few down days. Cameron was very overtired on Wednesday as I'd taken him to the shops with Mum and he barely slept, so by the time we were home, and ready for bed he was extreemly grumpy. So DH and I had a bit of a disagreement of how he yelled then slammed the door trying to get Cameron to sleep. Mum was here too and as DH and I were arguing and DH's temper is flaring (DH has a few medical and emotional issues which compound his verbal temper a little (never physical)) and yelling loudly, my mum came to defend me...well then the screaming match went on with DH and my Mum. It made it a very uncomfortable night...I barely slept. Then yesterday when DH got home he told me we needed to talk when Cam went to bed. So we did and got out all our issues sorted. I think we've got a better understanding now of each other, and especially my main thing of the parenting of Cameron. So that was ok, though I think it will be a while til the dust settles between DH and my Mum.

So then last night, when I finally got to bed, I fell asleep immediately, only to be woken at 4am by my dog barking at goodness knows what out the back (possibly a cat). I had to get up and attend to her. Then finally get back to sleep only for Cameron to wake about 5am...GRRR!!! He hasn't done it for ages and for all mornings, when I'd only had about 4hrs sleep. Anyway I'd planned to go up to my parents as I wanted to see my brother who is trying to turn his life around for the better and I know how much he loves Cameron, so thought he'd deserved a treat for doing so well. He was so excited when Mum had told him I was coming up that I didn't want to disappoint. So I drove up the highway to theres about 6.30am (as Cameron wouldn't go back to sleep). Once there Mum helped attend to Cam, while I tried to sleep, but couldn't. We decided to pop to the shops...bad move

As I was backing out of there drive way, I was checking the street for cars (they have a long street), and didn't see the little car parked half on the road behind...BANG...I turned around to see what i'd hit, but still couldn't see the little car, it was parked on the other side of the road of mum's driveway, in the wrong direction and on a funny angle. I parked my car and got out to inspect the damage, it wasn't too bad though. Even Cameron was none the wiser, just sat smiling in his carseat (it really just felt like I'd hit the gutter). Then mum went and knocked on there door to tell them what'd happened...wish i wasn't an honest person sometimes... The girl came out with her father and when she saw the minor damage she ran inside bawling.... it was an old car that had other dings in it anyway, so I don't see the problem. She barely drives that car anyway as apparently she's got a new car . Anyway I've got insurance, so there will be no problem in getting it fixed. I also took a couple of photos of the damage (as DH's been burnt before with people getting other things fixed other then the actual accident damage), and she has a go at me for taking them (the car was parked in the street). Next thing I know she runs inside to get her camera and takes the same pics...twit...I felt like saying 'hey, I'll just get a second copy of mine for you shall I. Her dad was nice to talk to though and understood the situation.

So now I'm sitting here, when I know I should be in bed, but think I'm so overtired that I can't seem to close my eyes, even though i can feel them falling out of my eye sockets. DH is out visiting that friend tonight, but thankfully he has offered to look after Cam when he wakes in the morning to give me a sleep in.

Well sorry for my big waffle...I know my issues are really minor compared to what some of you's are going through, but it does feel better to vent (really should start writing in a diary again so I don't have to bother you's all the time). I might try to go close my eyes now.

Hope everyone is well and I'll try to catch up on personals in the next few days.

    Bye for now

Sorry i havent been on much..... things just seem all over the place..... DP and i have been making more US time so we have been putting the kids to bed early and reconnecting a bit....

DD seems to be getting better.... Still has the bad mouth thrush but that was to be expected being on the AB for the tonsilitis.... Hoping the thrush clears up soon or i might have to take her back to the GP.... last week feels like a blur.... Speech, GP appointments, DD sick, pead appointment etc.... Arrrggg... Hopefully this week will be a bit quieter and i can get things done. Saturday we planned to go to Sydney Aquarium to see the Dugongs. We got there at 10am ans it was packed.... school holidays and the que was out and around the harbour.... We ended up spending the day walking round and then went to DFO on the way home... Funny thing was on the car trip home the radio was giving away tickets to the Aquaruim.... and i phoned and won... HAHAHA... 1st time i've ever won anything.... Woot!!! so now we'll go another day.... HEHE....

My Dog was getting fat aswell and looks like she is pregnant again... but as soon as she has these puppies and is ok we'll book her in for desexing..... poor dog... its been like 40 degrees here and she's huge.... any day now she'll go....

Well best be off... will do personals later.... DD is cranky (feeling better but hungry and wanting to make up for the few quiet days.... )

well we have been busy with lots of stuff.

My bro has spilt with SIL so it looks liek i will be busier soon. He is keeping my oldest nephew so he can stay at the same skool she SIL is taking the youngest. dont really agree with splitting them up but it is the only thing they can do at the moment not to disrupt things too much. i will have to take my nephew to and from skool as my bro starts work at 6 and has no lisence.

jayda is doing so well. she isnt clingy anymore. crawling like crazy (well that isnt really a good thing) pulling herself up on everything and if we hold her hands she will walk around.

i have decided not to take monday off any more. ill still keep my friday off but i thought ill keep mondays so i can save money then when we have next bub i am takign a yr off.

I wanna start tryin after jaydas 1st birthday or atleast go off the pill then but i am not sure if doc will let me cause i cant try while i am on the depression meds. maybe i should talk to her at my march check up.
i have been feeling heaps better. i think cutting down my hrs has made a huge dif.

also i really wanna get DH a dog for his birthday he has been annoying me for one since we first moved in together but i dont know if jayda is old enough. i always said after jayda was 1. maybe i should get it for her birthday lol.

She is hardly drinking her morning bottle so i am thinkin of cutting it out soon. she is having heaps of solids now. she wants them over her bottles. i still give bottles first b4 food but.

gee, I just lost three posts coz BB wouldn't accept them... wtf? anyway, I'm too hot and bothered to write it all again. I hope you're all ok with that! we're doing alright here, nothing unusual apart from an hour of screaming on sat nite after too much excitement. sweltering now, it's going to be a long night, and 37 tomorrow. bleurk. Sorry, I put it all so eloquently before and now my brain's gone to mush. Thinking of you all!
