Thanks Vic and Shazz, I will try that tonight. I haven't even thought of that...stupid huh. I just was thinking that stretching out the feed might make her learn to sleep longer.
Karen, no not recent. Two months or more. Darcy has been turned around for a few weeks now, but she could stand and support herself just holding onto something at 8 weeks.
She's still a skinny minny. 7.4kg and 68cm long.....and she can finally roll from back to belly! Woohoo all my hours on the floor with her haven't been for nothing! She's fascinated with the carpet pile LOL. And she's learnt to understand 'dance'. She bops along to whatever's on. Quite cute.
Sara I'm looking forward to it, but nervous about leaving Darcy with Cameron all by himself....he can't handle her for more than 20minutes on his own usually so I hope she goes to sleep for him. That and I haven't bought new clothes forever, and I'm going out with the girls and I don't want them to think I'm a dag! I'm normally pretty confident in myself and all of a sudden I feel 15 again.
Funny that you say Briley loved looking out of the windscreen. We had Darc in the EH the other day (before it blewup) and the back seat is higher than the front bench seat. She was smack bang in the middle and thought she was king of the castle!
When Darcy and Katy are in the car together, one makes a noise and the other looks around as if to say, "What's that? There's only usually me making noise in the car!".

Man i was spewin. Lucky mum had a capsule in her car and she had to sit in that while we had lunch. She could sit up properly in it and loved looking around!
just remember there is a load ready to hang LOL). We had more swimming lessons today and then coffee with friends. Tomorrow we have grocery shopping and cooking planned. I also want to wash the car in the next few days!
She said that we should all put it a bit of money so that she can buy Lachie, Sheree and Wade a gift. I thought it was a beautiful and generous idea. What do you all think??
