Elissa hope it didn't go too badly for you and Archie. Darcy's still too unwell to have her needles - I just want them over and done with so I don't have to remember to get them done anymore.

Hey Nat glad to see you're trying to stay on top. Hope whatever is stressing you out isn't too bad. The photo looks cool anyway!

Silly car didn't get fixed the way I wanted - grr have to go back again next week. Darcy's still really unwell. The doctor said it was just a virus and to keep doing what I'm doing...man though she's wearing me out.

Better go she's not settling real well tonight.

Clever boy Adam! bet he's chasing his older siblings LOL Riley is walking around things and can stand for a few seconds by himself but no walking yet.
I was going to catch up on personals but I am so tired I might go to bed, Riley actually slept for 3 1/2 hours in a row last night! Tresillian on Monday, I am scared and hopeful at the same time.

Good luck for Monday Christine....we'll be thinking of you. YAY for the 3.5hr sleep, its a start!

    Vic: YAY for Adam walking!!!!

Kim: Hope Darcy gets better soon

Shazz: OMG @ all those teeth!! Jayden has his 4 top (front)teeth and 2 (front) bottom. SIL mentioned he'll be getting his 1yo molars soon, so not looking forward to it hehe. I hope the last one pops through soon!

I have the next 2 days off work as my Nan is coming up from Melb for Jayden's bday, so I am off to Michael Hill Jeweller to grab a bargin ($250 things marked down to $40 etc) I might grabbed a few things for Jayden's party on Saturday and then by lunchtime I will head down to Hervey Bay to pick up my Nan from the airport there.....then we might go shopping in Hervey Bay hehe. I'm not sure how long she is staying so I will be a bit MIA no doubt until she goes as she is staying in the study. I can pop in when she is up, I just no long posts for a while hehehe.

Have a great week girls oxoxox

    Wow Tania!

Sorry we won't be able to meet up Leanne. I have sent you an email though.

Well just got the dragon weighed - she has only put on 100gm but grown 3cm. She feels so much heavier I was surprised.

kim - u poor thing, im really hoping Darcy gets better for u really soon.

vic - well done Adam!!! how exciting

christine - goodluck with Tresillian, im sure they will help make a huge difference to Riley's sleeping, well done on asking for help that is a very brave thing to do.

Tania - enjoy every minute of Jayden's 1st birthday!

Well Archie had his needles last night and he was fine only cried a little bit. But the best thing is that i wasn't worried in the least and i even held him down while they did it, usually i can't even be in the same room or i pass out, so i am feeling very strong and confident now, have beaten a 20 year phobia, woohooo!!! His arms are a bit tender today though. He is 80cmtall and weighs 11.31kgs, he is finally jumping ack up to the top of the charts.

Hope u all have a good day today

    Hi girls...
    just a quick one!
Christine... you will be so relieved in a few weeks... with long sleeps! You won't know yourself. Believe me, it's all good. But do expect the first couple of days to be a little bit hard - but in the end, it's all worth it. Still haven't found out where my cousin Cheryl works - but look out for her!

Tania... well done on the bargains! I was at my local shops and saw a few people queueing at MH. They must only be letting a few people in at a time. They did a big 'opening' sale down there about 18 months ago - and they had 1 diamond ring really cheap (only 1). I got there at 6am and queued outside in the cold. When doors opened at 8am, I ran inside - expecting to be first. Only to find that two girls had snuck in through a staff entrance somewhere. There was a big uproar and they said they would never do it that way again.

Elissa... good to hear that Archie didn't cry much for his needles. Shaun has a cold at the moment & teething, so I'll wait a week or so and get his done.

Kim... I'm expecting the same height/weight results for Shaun. He seems taller, and is growing out of his growsuit jammies. But he seems thinner! He still wears 00 pants because his waist is too small for 0-1.

I had the 12 week scan today, and it seemed good. Baby had a good nasal bone, and is perfect length. Doc seemed confident. Had to wait an hour because he was running late! Not happy about that. In the last 2 days it seems the m/s has eased up, which I hope it has. I can't believe how bad I've felt for 8-10 weeks... every single day! So over it.

Hopefully will have some energy now to organise my house and get it ready for auction. Kind of dreading it though. Might cut it fine and settlement will be around the week I give birth!!

Shaun has had 3 teeth for a while now - and suddenly he cut two teeth overnight, with another one on its way. As you can imagine, this has led to a few sleepless nights. But he's handling it pretty well. Bites down on everything and thinks it's funny!

His birthday is on Sunday, but we're not planning anything. I'm too sick, and little shaun has no idea what day it is. I'll do a really special 2nd b'day party. He goes to occassional care (2 days a week) and they told me to bring cakes in for all the kids on Tuesday! So now I have to bake cupcakes for 15 rugrats! But she said they will all get a kick out of it (including shaun) because they all love him to bits. He's one of the little ones there... and when ever he arrives they all call out his name and come running over to play with him. He just loves going there because he gets so much attention.

Well... hugs to everyone. Sorry for the personals I've missed. Hope you have a great weekend if I'm not online before then.

    cheers,
    Jodie

jodie - its great to hear that the m/s may be easing up. hope shaun gets over his cold qickly, gosh teething just never seems to stop these days does it?! Goodluck with the cupcakes, im sure everyone will enjoy them. You are exactly right about his birthday, he has no idea whats going on, but next year he will! i didn't really want to have a 'party' for DS either but DH just started inviting all these people, oh well we had fun.

Whooops! forgot that i had tea simmering on the stove, oh well it only devilled snags, surely i can't stuff that up, he he. Archie and i are having our first visit to playgroup tomorrow morning, i am really looking forward to it but really nervous too, im not great in groups of people i don't know, i think its just what i need though. The playgroup is just a 2min walk from our house at the kindy Arch will be going to so it will be good for him to become familiar with the place over the next couple of years. Goodness i am ramblig on and on, sorry about that

Glad to hear your scan went well Jodie. That is cutting it fine with the house though. You won't have to move that week will you?

Hope you enjoy tomorrow ELissa. I tried play group, but it just wasn't my thing. Don't mind acting silly for Darcy, but for other kids - no thanks. Think positive about the new group thing. You can do it. You are interesting, funny and bright. Remember confidence is what other people see. Even if you are terrified, pretend you're confident - you may end up believing it too. (I am a very shy person in a very not shy person's job - I'm REALLY good at this). I forgot to clarify before - I meant your email address if you have one.

Well Darcy's finally got some socks that actually fit - gee I'm a slack mum. I also got her a sleepsuit from Myer. It's by Snugtime and it seems so warm. It got down to 2degrees here last night and she was freezing in a growsuit and trackies over the top so I'm hoping this works as it was pretty exie for us.

I also have a question about weaning, but I'll have to post it later cos my pretend sick DH is now quite unwell.....guess I have to look after him too.....

    Hi...
I've just got home from work. The doctors phoned me at work to give me results of the d/s tests. they combined the ultrasound and the blood tests. For my age the risk is normally 1 in 85 (not real good odds)... BUT... my risk is... 1 in 1676. I was so wrapt!
I've come home and checked, and the risk for a 25yo is 1 in 1300 - so I've got better odds then a 25yo!! Woo hoo!!! Now I can announce to the world that I'm pregnant.

Nah Kim... don't want to move too close to the birth... but not sure what we will do. We've got a 3 bedroom house now... and one of those bedrooms is crammed full as my 'office'. In 6 months we will have 2 kids & Yarivs mum coming over to stay for a while! Might have to put MIL in one of the dog kennels. Only joking... she is adorable - the MIL. Can't wait to see her again. Hope nothing happens in the next 6 months that prevents her from coming. (last time my SIL got pregnant, so MIL didn't come... then SIL lost the baby anyway).

Damn... it's 9.30pm and I've just got home from work - and Shaun is still up. Yariv is in a foul mood, and said he had an evening nap and now he's not tired!! Good on him! Although, if Shaun goes to sleep late tonight... hopefully he wont wake up at 4am like he did this morning...

Hi everyone - hanging in there over here.

DH's mum has her op in two weeks. Dad starts his meds tomorrow. Hopefully the side effects won't be too bad and he'll feel a bit better soon.

Last night got four hours sleep as Katy wanted to do nothing but play and scream until after midnight so I am stuffed.

    Will pop in again soon.

    ZZzzzzzzzz

Evening girls! I had a good day at pracs today. Just thought I'd pop in and say hi!

Tania ~ Enjoy the next few days sweety even if it does mean we don't get to read those LONG posts!!!

Leanne ~ Good to hear from you. Big to your Dad and GL with his treatment. GL to your MIL as well. I hope Katy lets you get some sleep tonight.

Jodie ~ That is FANTASTIC news! You must be so relieved!!!!

Ellissa ~ pmsl at you forgetting you had stuff on the stove! Do you know how many times I've burnt stuff like that? Darn MSN distracting me!!!!

Kim ~ PMSL @ Darcy having new socks! Em just got some the other day as well. Its gonna cost me near $50 just to get him enough socks and singlets to last through winter!!! We had a month where Em did that as well. I thought he'd cracked 10 kilos and he'd only put on 100g. Strange eh?

Tania ~ They are great bargains!! I wish I were there as well!!!

I think I should have waited till tomorrow to post! I am so tired and I think I missed heaps!!! Oh well!

I still have dishes to do and some notes to type up. I am really proud of myself for keeping on top of things. I have NEVER been this organized in my whole studying life LOL. Its a good feeling. Much better then feeling stressed out over it all. Though I must say that something had to give to get the work done and it was the housework unfortunately. This place is a mess. Hopefully I'll get a chance to clean and do the grocery shopping tomorrow. And then (fingers crossed) hopefully Saturday I will get a chance to go out shopping for clothes which I desperately need (darn cold weather!!). I am watching some boots on Ebay that a friends sister is selling - hopefully I can get them coz they're gorgeous!!!

Oh well best be off to do those dishes... Nighty night!
