Hi all..... I AM BACK

I decided to go away even though Lachlan had his convulsion/high temp and he was fine. Although we did get dirreha from the anitibiotics. We had it in a big way, It was so bad it was coming out of his nappy onto the floor. A friend of mine looked after him on the Thursday as I had my dayspa appt but I just couldn't posssibly spend more time in the loos with him changing his nappy and clothes like I was on the Wednesday. And I wasn't feeling the best so I had little to no patience. He would poop up to 10 times a day, and it was just everywhere!

We are chucking tanties here atm, I try to ignore but it makes no difference, although when Wade is home he just picks him up grrrrr... His dad is such a softy!!!!

We had a 3 hour car trip home yesterday and boy was that hard! 1/2hr is all I get out of him sleep wise in the car now, which prooves quite difficult to keep him occupied.

He had his pead appt and all is well. He was actually 8.53kgs whahoooo.... I knew the CHN scales were wrong! His tonsilitis has cleared up nicely too. She wants us to try really hard to give him what we eat from now on, it appears the cooked milk products appear to be fine now. See I was trialling him b4 we left for Mackay, firstly custard, then cheese and he seemed fine but then he got this dirreha on Wed morning and I tried him on Yoghurt Wed arve, so my paed is not conifident with where we are at now. So giving him inner health at the moment to help with the runny poos and then in a week or so we will start again with the custard, then cheese, then yoghurt and see how we go, and hopefully he won't get sick in amongst it and we will know if he is tolerant to it or not this time round. My paed wants me to try him with our foods as best we can, even if he doesn't eat much. It is always safe for me to go with baby food or mushed up pumpkin as at least I am assured he will eat it and I know what he is getting!!! I will have to ring my paed in a month in between our 2 monthly appt so she can monitor his weight. She suspects or should I say hopes, that with time he will get hungrier and hopefully what he is eating is enough to maintain as he will never ever be a big boy ( I believe we have proven that). So hopefully what he does eat will be enough.

I spend a fortune on food for it only to be wasted!!! So hopefully this is the answer.

Also while I was in Mackay, I went out to dinner with some friends for dinner. It was so nice without the kids, we had a lovely time, that we lost track of the time. I think I got home at 11.30pm. Geez..... I must be getting old. Hehe.

Oh and before I forget had my ultrasound and mammagram, all is fine! Appears there aint even cysts there but definitely some tissuey stuff. I have been taking the evening primrose oil for over a week now and that is definitely subsiding my pain somewhat, so must have been hormonal stuff.

Anyway lachlan is in bed with his water bottle and it has been way over an hour, will go see if the cherub is awake or not.

Cheerio.
