I take vitex too after Sheree and Shazz recommended it. I take the liquid form. It's not so bad. But it has lehped to regulate my cycles. I went from 10 day cycles and am up to day 23 today.

Gross on the poo Elissa! Although Darcy does always manage to poo in nappy free time too Cam made me laugh last night becasue he picked up what he thought was a chewed up tiny teddy - only it wasn't he hadn't done Darcy's nappy up properly IYKWIM :wink:
