vic - thankyou for sharing your story, you were very brave to make such a drastic life change, but i agree that being with your kids and feeling happy is certainly better than money. We too had a big change when DS was 7 months old, DH left his career with a top employer and we moved to the country to be near our family and friends and DH doesn factory work. We don't regret it for a second we are all much happier and more relaxed with our family and friends close by. Having said all that we may be about to move away again for DH's career...........

sheree - thanks for cheering me up, you are always good for a pick me up post. Oh you poor thing im sorry the m/s has hit you, hope it doesn't last long! you are better than me, if i wsn't feeling great i would have let him eat whatever he wanted, the whole packet of bikkies if it shut him up, so your not as bad a mother as I! Hope he is in a more co-operative mood tomorrow.

sara - i will ask Tania to send me the pics i think she's the only one who has my email address. Will definately give your birth story a read, sounds like you are doing a wonderful job with feeding. Colby looks so grown up already in your ticker!

Well ttc has been put on hold for at least a month. DH is about to apply for a promotion which could mean we would have to move up Whyalla way which is about 10 hours from home, and there is no way im going through pg birth and newborn again without family and friends close by, was awful last time and would be worse the second time around, so we are holding off ttc til DH gets an answer about this job. If he does get the job we will be living away for a least 2-5 years so there will be a big gap between kids, DH thinks he will be too old for a new baby by then so maybe no more babies...will cross that bridge when we come to it. This job is DH's ultimate dream job (and it pays incredibly well) so we are willing to sacrifice a lot for it.

Archie spent most of today sleeping so was an easy day for me, am thinking i should study something through TAFE externally instead of wasting my days in front of the tele or computer (not that i don't have fun talking to you guys!). Pretty sure Arch tried to say B@st@rd and ***** today, so we definately need to watch our language.
