I'm going to tell him tonight that either I take the money and I go down there or they can come up here and then I will go down there regardless because I still want to see my friends, so basically mum pays for it or we do!
I don't really feel I need his permission as such, its more that if something happens or we run out of money or something I don't want him to blame me because I went to Melb. I think the time away would be good too, I honestly don't think he thinks we have a problem with our relationship.
