We are doing pretty good. Girls are little ferals!
Was my 25th birthday yesterday so I went out last night and am paying for it big time today. Brent's been a god-send with taking care of me and the girls!
Uni is going good. I'm on holidays at the moment but am getting ready to go back on the 27th of July. I can't believe I will be in my 2nd Semester already!
Briley and Colby are going good. Briley is Mrs 101 and Colby does everything Briley does! They have their moments but its wonderful seeing them play together as friends.
Not much else to report. I'm getting my Mirena out shortly but have to sort some other issues out before I do. Seems that all the issues I had before Briley was born with intermittent bleeding etc have flared up again and my Dr wants me to get it all sorted before I take my Mirena out and risk falling pregnant.
You sound a lot brighter than last time a read a post of yours.
How did your exams go?
Shaz, how did yours go?
Leanne, how's that baby boy cooking?
Elissa, glad to hear you so positive too!
AFM, I went cold turkey on my antianxiety meds a few days ago....probably not the greatest idea, but the pack ran out (I thought I had another sheet left), so I thought - buggar it! stupid stupid cos I feel like crap, and am so cranky because of it....
However, that Dragon isn't doing too badly. SHe has started weeing in her undies again, purely because she can. She still has a dummy so I told her today after I got cross that if she did it again I'd chuck em all out! Stopped the weeing (pity cos I thought she might do it again so I could chuck the dummies out and prove I wasn't joking).
We bought her a big girl bike this week. It was on special and Christmas is so ar away when you're three....we got the $88 Droa one at BigW - she loves it! SHe looks so grown up on it where on earth did my baby girl go?
Nate rolled over by himself tonight on front of me...so my little baby is disappearing too....
happy birthday Sara sounds like you had a awesome time
Kim~ my exams didn't exactly go to plan i think i seriously failed one which will put my plans of graduating off by 6 months i'm quite peeved at my self but there is nothing i can do about it
big hi to every one else DH is cranky casue we are supposed to be watching a dvd together and i'm on the net so better run talk soon ( there is always face book we all know i'm addicted by now )
Kim: the baby is growing very quickly.... not sure if it ia boy though I do have my suspicions... we have an U/S on Friday and I am so tempted to find out. I am going alone, and Mark does not want to know and I don't think I can keep it in so we'll have to wait and see.
10 weeks till my 'possible induction" so I am pretty happy that we are over 3/4 of the way there.
I went and saw P!nk on Tuesday night. My cousin suprised me one week prior to the concert so I was so stoked - we had great seats and the show was great. Going out on a school night while pg is hard, and we got home and in bed by 1:30 am I felt like a rebel teenager again.... But it was so worth it.
Other than that, nothing much to report here. I better go and put 'lady muck' in the bath and to bed.
One funny thing though. Mark asked her why she had done something today and her response
"Y" IS A CROOKED LETTER DADDY.
Kim - Briley has been doing the same thing with the weeing in her undies. I think she gets lazy. And I also have my suspisions that the cold weather may be playing a part in it too. We haven't had a #2 accident for a while though which is great! Good luck with going off the meds hun! If its what you really want I'm sure you won't have any probs! Think positive hun! x I dont find out my exam results until the 9th. I am freakin out!!!! I just want to pass so I can keep going!
Leanne - How nice of your cousin to suprise you like that! I would have loved to have gone to P!nk but I never get around to buying the tickets. I want to go to Britney too but wont be able to afford it. Not long too go now! I think your having a girl.
Shazz - I feel like that too. About my exams I mean. But you never know hun would could have done well. I am just thinking that like you say, there is nothing I can do about it now and I will know soon enough!
Speaking of toddler conversations. This is the coversation Brent and Briley just had not 5 mintues ago:
Briley: "I want some cheese you grumpy old ass!"
Brent: "What did you just say to me?!?!?!?"
Briley: "Leave me alone you big butt-head!"
And ofcourse him being a big puss, didn't even go cranky at her!!!!
wish you all the luck sara i'm sure you will do just fine i know i have passed everything else bar this one course i don't find out till the 10th at 4 pm it is gunna be the longest day in history
it is amazing what comes out of their mouths huh
Ryan is gettying to be a really smart mouth but having an 11 year old and a 14 year to teach him i have no doubt where he is getting it from little monkey he helped himself to the fridge this morning eating ham he came to me and told me "the lamb was lisious hmmmm i have more " i freaked out for one i know we never have lamb and too last night he sprayed kitchen cleaner on in the salt and pepper shakers to clean them he is getting to quick at climbing to reach the things he shouldn't have so i asked him to ask first before he helped himself he nodded and ran off then five minutes later came running up asking mum sharon mummmy ( don't sure why he has started so early with reall name calling but any way ) can i have some more lisous lamb pleaseeeeeeeeee . so he got to mung out on some delcious ham i love this age they are a bit cute...
Thank you for your kind thoughts and special gift received in the mail today. I am really touched and it means a lot to me to know that people care so much, even though they have never 'met' me.
I wish you all lived closer so I could give you a hug and have a drink with you
Well ladies this baby is bigger than Katy was and after seeing ob today induction very highly likely on or around 11 Sept. This makes me a little nervous as Katy was born with feeding and other issues, but at the same time I feel so big and so over it I asked the ob if she can induce me now. (at 30 weeks ha ha).
I did not even think about SEpt 11 how bad am I . Well she said 38 / 9 weeks and she only does inductions on Mondays (from memory) and well we are due on 24 Sept so I am thinking now it might be 7 or 14. Who knows. Will see how the diabetes goes and how much it effects the growth this little pumpkin. I am starting to get excited thinking that in two months I will meet him/her. :O) Tonight I was playing soccer with the baby. I would poke, it would kick, I would poke twice, it would kick twice. Hilarous!
Anyway, off to have an early night.... (fingers crossed my little 3yo chatterbox will let me). And shall catch you soon
I think Sept 11 isn't as bad cause its a few years on Leanne, no one seemed to know that 15th July was Hitler's birthday when they were announcing babies born that day!! It made me laugh cause they had only mentioned on the radio that morning how it never appeared on "celebrities born on this day" (sorry I have a very warped sense of humour)
My 1st wedding was on the anniversary of the Titanic sinking, in retrospect it was a MAJOR omen LOL
